The first programmes begin with the Great Riverine Cultures of antiquity.
Programmes on other parts of the ancient world will be phased in during 20112011
2012. All will be updated regularly.
The World of Ancient Art ((www.waa.ox.ac.uk)) is being

collaborative research platform, initially for the School of Archaeology and the
Ashmolean Museum, in the University of Oxford. When firmly established it will
welcome contributions from scholars and the public.
