Bell Schedule:
Today we are on our Block Schedule #3 Periods 1/3/5. Please see the schedule at the bottom of
the bulletin.

Interested in learning how to become a member of Spanish Club? This Thursday, Spanish Club
invites you to an informational meeting where you can learn about Spanish Club's role at WHS, The
Spanish National Honor Society, and how you can join Spanish Club and Spanish National Honor
Society. This informational meeting will be in Mr. Juves' room 127 during options this
Thursday, October 29th.
Skateboard Meeting:
Do you know any teachers that skateboard? Come watch Mr. T bust some ollies, kick flips at the
first skateboard team meeting after school in Mr. T’s room E107 on Tuesday the 27th.
Asian Culture Club:
Asian Culture Club will meet on November 20th, after school in room 235. We will serve Asian food
and snacks; watch movies and do varies contests for prizes. Bring your friends!
WHS September/October 2015 Students of the Month Honored
WHS recognized 21 Students of the Month before their parents and peers on October 23rd at a
celebration held in our Theater. Students of the Month are nominated by WHS staff and are
recognized in six areas: Academics, Career & Technology, Citizenship, Global Thinking, Health &
Fitness and Personal Expression.

Credit Retrieval & Online Health
Students who need to make up credits from previously failed classes and
students who are interested in completing their Health
credit online should speak with their counselor by Wednesday, October
28 to learn about upcoming course offerings that will run November
2 through December 14. Payment is due by October 29 for interested

WINTER SPORTS:
Are you interested in turning out for a winter sport? Winter sports include
gymnastics (begins 11/9), men's and women's basketball, men's
swim/dive and wrestling (begins 11/16). Eligibility packets are available
in the main office or downloaded from the Athletic website. Completed
packets are due on Monday 11/2 for gymnastics and Friday 11/6 for all
other sports. See Mrs. Hector in the Athletic Office if have any questions
or you need to check on your physical expiration. Don't wait until the last
minute!!!
Bowling Club:
Bowling Club practices are happening every Tuesday and Thursday at
Kenmore Lanes. No Experience is required and practices are free.
Practice starts at 3:30pm, so come on down and experience the fun.
PTSA Reflections Program
The Reflections Program is a National PTA and Washington State PTA
cultural arts competition. The purpose of this program is to provide an
opportunity for students to use their creative talents by expressing
themselves through their own original works in 6 categories: visual arts,
photography, literature, music composition, dance choreography, and
film production. THE DUE DATE FOR WOODINVILLE HIGH SCHOOL'S
REFLECTIONS SUBMISSIONS THIS YEAR IS: NOVEMBER 30, 2015. See the
