Stonyridge Vineyard
Nestled in a sheltered north-facing valley of shimmering

Jurassic Ridge
Renowned for its award-winning 'slow wines' with

Wild On Waiheke

Cable Bay Vineyards is renowned for crafting exquisite,

The Vineyard Hopper Pass also includes an All Day Waiheke
Bus Pass, so you can hop-on and hop-off any Vineyard Hopper
or public bus service on Waiheke Island. The Vineyard Hopper
is not suitable for children.

HOW DO I GET THERE?
When you arrive at Matiatia Wharf, hop on any urban bus
to Oneroa free with your Vineyard Hopper Ticket. Hop off at
Oneroa and start the tour at Waheke Discovery. Look out for our
Vineyard Hopper flags and Hopper hosts.

This little gem of a vineyard nestles in the Onetangi Valley
in an amphitheatre-like setting amongst the vines. Obsidian
Vineyard offers wine tastings in a relaxed and friendly
atmosphere. A wonderful selection of award winning wines
and innovative varieties include Montepulciano, Tempranillo,
Bordeaux-blends, Syrah, Viognier, Chardonnay, Rosé and
Pinot Gris.

so that you can visit 8 key locations through 6 convenient stops. This
means all you need to think about is where you want to spend your
day discovering Waiheke’s gourmet foods and wines, amongst a
backdrop of stunning scenery.
Here’s something for the adventurers:
If you want to deviate off the Hopper trail or extend your day at the
end of the Hopper service, your Hopper pass allows you to travel on
Waiheke’s public bus services too.

adventure at their own pace. A unique and cost effective hop on, hop
off bus service, where you can visit some or all of the participating
vineyards and stay for as long or as little as you like, without having
to worry about driving.

The options are endless but a bit of “Hopper” advice would be to
consider where you want to have lunch, perhaps make a booking in
advance as these vineyards are really popular. Then work out your
“must do” visits and go from there. Alternatively, go with the flow or
have a chat to the friendly Hopper drivers who are full of information
about vineyards, pick-up times, walking tracks and anything else you
need to know for a great day out.
