DIRECTIONS TO THE MVVR OFFICE:

Arriving at the Vineyard Haven Terminal:
Follow traffic off the boat, one-way, for one block. Stay in the left lane, the Stop & Shop will be on
your right. Turn left at the intersection following signs to Oak Bluffs. Our office is 2/10ths of a mile
down Beach Road on the right. It is a two story building with decks on front and back. There is a
blue and white sign that reads 107 Beach Road. Please enter on the right side of the building. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Arriving at the Oak Bluffs Terminal:
Go straight off the ferry dock. The Flying Horses Carousel will be on your left and then the harbor
will be on your right. Continue past the harbor and up the hill. This is New York Avenue. Follow
New York Ave. to the end and you will come to a sharp bend in the road to the left, continue
coming to another sharp bend to the right and one final bend to the left. The MV Hospital will be
on your left, you are on Beach Road. Continue and you will cross a drawbridge. You will then see
Wind’s Up on your left and large oil storage tanks on the right. Our office is a short way beyond on
the left, with a blue and white sign that reads 107 Beach Road. Please enter on the right side of
the building.
Arriving at the Martha’s Vineyard Airport:
Leave the airport complex. At the main road, turn left following signs to Edgartown. Take the next
left onto Barnes Road. Follow this road to the end. Enter roundabout and take the third right onto
Edgartown/Vineyard Haven Road. Follow Edgartown/Vineyard Haven Road. Turn right onto State
Rd. go straight and you will pass Main Street on your left. Continue to the Five Corners
intersection (Cumberland Farms will be on your right). Pass through the intersection (bearing
slightly to your right) heading towards Oak Bluffs. We are 2/10ths of a mile from the intersection
on the right. There is a blue and white sign in front of the building reading 107 Beach Road. Please enter on the right side of the building.
In case of emergency while staying on Martha's Vineyard:
If you have an emergency or problem with your rental home the office is open Monday through
Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Please contact us at 508.693.7711, and we will be pleased to assist
you. If you have an emergency when the office is closed that requires immediate attention, please
call the answering service on our main number and they will contact the agent on duty. If it is not
an emergency, we will call you back the following morning. Please leave a cell phone number so
that we may reach you once you have left your rental home. Thank you, the Staff at MVVR.
