Airline Reservations
The closest airport is located in Medford, Oregon (MFR) approximately 70 miles west of Klamath Falls + 15 minutes north
of Ashland. Medford airport is serviced by United Airlines, Horizon Air, Allegiant, Delta Airlines and Alaska Airlines.
If a student is traveling alone, it is important to arrange transportation from the airport to the program. Yellow Cab will
transport students to Klamath Falls (541.887.0993). If you let them know the student is with Dragonfly and give them at
least 24-hour notice, the rate should be $140.
Car Rentals
Medford Airport provides car rentals from major rental car companies. All the companies are located inside the terminal

Local Area Attractions
We highly recommend a visit to Crater Lake National Park (www.crater-lake.com). Crater Lake is 60 miles north of
Klamath Falls and is an easy day trip. In the summer months with advance notice one can stay in the Lodge that sits right
on the rim of Crater Lake, providing spectacular views and sunsets. Ashland OR, 15 minutes south of Medford, is home to
the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
