ix35 as the official police vehicle in Czech Republic
On September 1, Hyundai Motor held a vehicle handover ceremony at Hyundai
Centrum Praha dealer in Prague, delivering 150 ix35s to Czech Republic police
as the official police vehicle. The event was attended by Choi Dong-woo and
Seo Byung-kwon, general manager of HMMC and HMCZ, along with Thomas
Tuhy and Petr Petrik, chief and vice commissioner of Czech Republic National
Police Agency. The ceremony was a significant event for Hyundai Motor in
which the company was acknowledged for superior manufacturing capacity
and quality that contributed in surpassing Volkswagen in terms of both sales
and customer satisfaction and given recognition for the company’s
contribution to Czech Republic’s economy.
Hyundai Motor launched CSR activities in Kazakhstan and Ukraine
Hyundai Motor conducted the ‘Hyundai for Children’ project in Ukraine as part
of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts to help children whose parents
were lost or wounded in anti-terrorist operations. The program offered camps
for children where they could participate in foreign language courses, games,
various hobby groups and consultation from psychologists.
The company also launched the ‘Abay bol-Drive. Think. Care.’ program in Kazakhstan.
This program offers free car maintenance and training on how to react in emergency
situations for Hyundai customers and the general public. As part of Hyundai
Motor’s efforts in supporting social initiatives, this campaign also aims to
enhance general public’s knowledge on road and car safety in the region.

The engine, transmission, suspension and interior are
the four major parts that work together to keep a
vehicle going. Like this, the coexistence and harmonious
cooperation is what keeps our department running.
Our four sections function like these four core parts
of a car and this is what makes us different from others.
The Digital/CRM Section delivers energy to other parts
of our mechanism for further action.
This section communicates through different channels of
advertising : SEO - Hyundai Motor website and content,
SMM - Hyundai brand communication on different
social networks (Facebook, VK, YouTube, etc.), CRM Communication with customers and clients to maintain
loyalty. These communication activities serve as the fuel
for our operations.
The BTL/Dealer Marketing Section is
the foundation for setting us into motion.
This section helps to create the proper support system
for dealer centers and communication with our customers.
The Dealer Center which is the face of our brand
provides an environment focusing on the convenience of
customers. Alongside Dealer Centers, through events and
a variety of BTL activities, this section works towards
increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Hyundai Motorstudio is the perfect example and result
of collaboration among all sections.
Our Hyundai Motorstudio opened on January 20 th,
providing a place for customers to engage and
participate in many of our marketing activities. Since
its open we have been holding various cultural events
for the Russian people such as painting exhibitions,
lectures, music performances, etc. With its inspirational
and unique construction concept, we hope to eventually
make it a landmark in Moscow altogether.
