the new generation of Lanfranchi unscramblers
with automatic change over

To guarantee the maximum flexibility, this line has the new

This is the sole machine in the world (thanks to patented

allows to reduce the space at the base and to positively check
the bottles with carrots – always hard to transport on conveyors

The Polish company AGROSNOVA is one of the most important

In the factory of Lowidz, last year they installed a 12,000 bph

The empty PET bottles are produced off-site and arrive on
pallets in the production hall, one operator loads the bottles
manually into the 6 m³ hopper of the Lanfranchi L1-STD
unscrambler, the 6 m³ capacity gives an autonomy of one hour

Once again this year EVIAN, worldwide mineral water brand,
relies on LNE, French subsidiary of Lanfranchi group, to equip
one of its new production lines.
The scope of supply was the delivery of the alimentation of
cosmetic producer leader LABORATOIRES VENUS.
The machine, which delivers 6,000 bottles of 400 ml per hour
to the filler, has a high productivity and is equipped with an easy
change over system, confirming once more the leadership of
Lanfranchi in body care and cosmetics markets.
The reduction in weight of the body of the preform and
the thickness of the neck ring have imposed high level of
specifications.
For this reason, Lanfranchi has developed, with its historical
partner EVIAN, a complete new concept of perform loader
called SOFT-TIP.
The main qualities of this new machine are to avoid the fall of

After the two latest successful installations in 2012, the
Japanese dairy company MEIJI has bought two Lanfranchi
unscramblers to feed its lines in Moriya and Kyoto. MEIJI
needs a highly efficient and reliable unscrambler for its lines

These two new machines are compact and each one works at
a speed of 30,000 bph.
