Some BPO Operations in Barranquilla

Some Testimonials of BPO Operations installed in Barranquilla
“Our location in Barranquilla has been a fundamental part of our success, its service –
oriented and work - willing people, added to the access provided by the airports of
Barranquilla and Cartagena to the United states in less than 3 hours, has allowed many
international clients to be more prepared to take the city into consideration as an option for
their operations. After they visit us and realize what we are capable to provide, they not
only bring their business to us but also become frequent visitors and ambassadors of the
advantages of the country and the region”
Lelio Sotomonte, CEO
“Our company has operated for 8 years in the contact centers and BPO markets. We have
always focused upon the international market and our business baseline is the export of
services. Two years ago we decided to expand our operation and after assessing several
cities in the country we decided that our best option was Barranquilla. The factors we took
into consideration before taking our decision were fundamentally: the access to bilingual
personnel, the size of the city and the number of inhabitants, support from the district for
new industrial development, security, mass transportation means, and the proximity with
the United States with regards to other cities in the country”.
