SATISFACTION: Our products are manufactured to your specifications and are non-returnable. Colors are
reproduced as faithfully as printing process allows. Please contact your Medline Sales Representative for actual
fabric and finish samples to ensure satisfaction.
ORDERING: When placing an order, please specify your fabric choice. Because your satisfaction is our primary
goal, we recommend that you request fabric samples prior to placing your order. To do so, please contact your

MOCK-UP POLICY: On orders of 10 or more bedspreads, we will have one mock-up sample made first for you
to approve to ensure 100% satisfaction. The mock-up will be sent directly to the attention of the person who
signed the purchase order, or to any other person you specify.
The mock-up counts as one piece of your order and must be paid for regardless of whether the mock-up is
rejected or approved. Once an approved mock-up form is received by Medline, the remaining quantity will be
produced and shipped to you.
