designed to enable you to extend your
range of cooking options. The range also
includes two built-in CircoSteam ovens,
warming drawers and a Coffee centre. In
particular, our combination oven microwave
models give you the extra flexibility you
need in the kitchen; they can wonderfully
mimic traditional cooking methods in a
fraction of the time.

combinations
The beauty of a combination model
is that it can mimic all the benefits of
a traditional oven – like grilling and
browning – in a fraction of the time. Our
models come with up to 70 different
cooking programmes, and weight
automatic cooking and defrosting. See
p64 for full details on the differences
between our combination models.
Steam ovens
Our two steam and two CircoSteam
oven options are designed to be
built into kitchen furniture, either
alone, or combined with other Neff
stainless steel cooking appliances.
Steaming is recognised as one of
healthiest ways of cooking food,

as you don’t need to use any fats
and all the natural goodness in
vegetables is retained. Our steam
ovens are clever – they have
integrated touch control operation
with variable temperature settings,
and you can even steam food
from frozen. They are perfect for
people wanting a healthier lifestyle
or watching their weight.
Warming drawers
CircoSteam ovens are incredibly
flexible and provide the opportunity
to combine cooking by steam and
conventional cooking at the same
time providing fantastic results.

Microwave ovens
A great time and labour saver,
no kitchen should be without a
microwave oven. Whatever time
day or night, you can whip up a
meal in double quick time, using
very little energy. Neff microwave
ovens are all fully fitted so they
really look the part in your kitchen.
These not only heat up your plates
before you serve up, they also
keep your food warm until you’re
ready to eat. A useful addition
to any cook’s armoury, it can also
be used for preparing yoghurt,
defrosting delicate foods, proving
dough, and melting chocolate.
New additions to the Neff collection,
these small accessory drawers
N21H10 allow you to create symmetry
whilst giving additional storage space.

Coffee centre
The ultimate built-in appliance for the
coffee lover. The Neff Coffee centre
gets you from bean to cup in the
touch of a button, for the freshest
coffee imaginable. There’s no grinding
and no mess, and it produces hot
water at the perfect temperature for
coffee. Espresso, cappuccino, latte
– the choice is yours.

your oven. When you’re combining
them in a built-in kitchen unit, it’s

positioning so you can use both

Neff combination oven
1. Microwave ovens
As the name suggests, conventional
microwave ovens use microwaves
to cook food. It’s a very fast and
versatile system of cooking,
perfect for heating ready meals,
cooking from frozen, or defrosting
food at any time of day or night.
We have now introduced a
Quartz grill on the new C54L70
and a right hinged model C54R70
to provide even greater flexibility.
2. Multifunction oven with
microwave
The C67P70 and C67M70 are
ovens with an integrated
microwave. They can mix the
functions of both, with the
emphasis on the traditional oven
heating elements – when you see
inside, it looks like a traditional
three shelf oven. This is a great
choice if you want to use oven
functionality but with the added
benefit of speed that the
microwave function will give you.
The new C67P70 now also has a
pyrolytic cleaning function.
If you’re in a hurry, microwaves are
an asset to any cook, but cooking
times vary depending on a
number of factors. If food is dense
– a piece of meat, for instance –
it will take longer to cook than
something porous like a cake.
Chilled food takes longer to cook
than foods at room temperature.
The more food you put in a
microwave the longer it takes to
cook, and the shape and size of
the food may also affect the length
of time it needs in the microwave.
Turntable
A turntable in the base of
the oven rotates through
the microwaves to make sure
they’re evenly distributed.
Power levels
Stirrer facility
A metal fan in either the roof or
bottom of the cavity which evenly
distributes the microwave energy
in the oven.
Memory programme
Neff microwaves can be
programmed to run up to three
power settings or timings
consecutively.
Recipe memory programme
You can programme your
microwave to remember one
power level and cooking times
of your most frequently used
settings.
Weight automatic cooking and
defrosting facility
When you enter the type of food
you’re cooking and how much
it weighs, your microwave will
automatically calculate the most
suitable power and time for you.
InnoWave technology
Inverter technology is used to
regulate the microwaves inside
the oven. This results in a more
consistent, precise level of power,
allowing food to be cooked
faster and more evenly. Energy
consumption can be reduced
by up to 15%, and cooking
times reduced by up to 10%.

combination appliances in the
Neff range. They are:

All Neff microwave ovens have five
power levels. In general, high
power is used for reheating liquids
and cooking vegetables, and
lower settings for baking, roasting,
defrosting and keeping foods warm.

multifunction ovens with
microwaves, for example, can
stand in as a second oven or be
used to reheat previously cooked

3. Microwave combination oven
The C57M70 is first and foremost
a microwave, but has hot air and
grill functions to recreate
traditional cooking results. This
means they will produce food that
looks like it’s been cooked in a
normal oven, but do it much more
quickly. This is ideal if you use a
microwave a lot but want that
oven cooked look.

Steam cooking
There are two sizes available,
one is 14cm high, which holds
six international place settings;
the other 29cm high, which holds
twelve international place settings.
They are available with co-ordinating
bevelled bar handles to match
Neff ovens and the small warming
drawer is also available without
a handle (N21H45). They’re easy
to install and designed to
co-ordinate with any single oven
or compact appliance. And you’ll
find the heated ceramic glass
base plate is easy to clean, so
spillages wipe off really easily.
Co-ordinating accessory drawers
to provide additional storage are
now also available (N21H10).
With healthy eating high
on everyone’s agenda, steam
cooking has become an
increasingly popular option
in the kitchen.

Our latest advanced steam
combination CircoSteam ovens
C47C62 (with Revolution handle)
and C47C42 allow you to combine
hot air cooking and steaming at
the same time. This means you
can prepare all sorts of foods –
bread, meat and fish, for example
– keeping them beautifully moist
on the inside, but satisfyingly
crispy on the outside. There’s also
standard steam ovens C47D42
and C47D22 which can be mixed
and matched with other Neff
compact cooking appliances.

features a SlideAway door
which fits neatly underneath
to provide easy access to
the inside of your oven as well
as extra space in your kitchen.
With a full size oven capacity
of 58 litres, this appliance
sits perfectly next to the
C67M70 Multifunction model
with microwave and small
warming drawer. Please be
aware that for this type of side by
side installation, a single oven with
SlideAway door must be used.

kitchen. The benefit of two full
sized ovens, each with a 58 litre
capacity, provides considerable
cooking space. The inclusion of
a CircoSteam oven offers healthy
