Brief Description
The European Campus St Thérèse is a modern building dating from 1992. This private
French school originally intended to take boarders. However, due to the popularity of the
school with local residents, the property has subsequently turned the rooms designated
to boarders into accommodation for foreign school parties.
Location
The centre is located in its own extensive grounds – including 3
hectares of forest – in the town of Ozoir-la-Ferrière which lies 13
miles south east of Paris and 15 minutes’ drive from Disneyland
Resort Paris. The nearest RER is Ozoir on line E. It is 25 minutes by
RER to Paris-Opéra.

• Please note that there is a charge of €50 for private use of one
of the centre’s classrooms as a meeting room. Alternatively, a
free meeting space can be provided if the group uses one of the
public areas eg. Black Sand Café, however, if there are other
groups on site, the use of this space may not be fully privatised.
Music Groups: Groups use the amphitheatre for rehearsals.
There is a charge of €50 for 3 hours.

Security Deposit
A security deposit is payable on arrival. The amount is €250
per group. This can be paid in cash or by credit card. This
amount is refundable at the end of your stay provided there has
been no damage to the areas occupied by the group. To avoid
misunderstanding, we recommend all group leaders undertake an
inspection of all rooms with the hotelier.
Safety Guidance
The accommodation conforms to all local standards, which does
not require windows to have restricted opening. Group leaders are
advised to consider this in their risk assessments/group management
plan and ensure appropriate control measures are put in place.
