Recently TCB held one
of its most fun and anticipated events of the
season—Messy Games.
Since its inception,
cheerleaders, parents,
and coaches have risen
early and dressed as
tacky as they dared—face
paint, hats, bows, wigs
& capes—and met on
the football fields to
run relay races, bump
around with boxes on
their heads, and spoonfeed teammates choco-
late pudding. This year
was different from no
other with its outrageous costumes, competitive races, and loads
of fun. Thanks to all
the cheerleaders who
attended Messy Games,
and thanks to the parents who volunteered to
be judges and the
coaches who participated. You all made
Messy Games, once
again, an unforgettable
experience!

In celebration of TCB’s
10th year of competitive
cheerleading, we will be
creating a cookbook to sell
as a fundraiser. Anyone in
the program is welcome to
submit recipes for inclusion
in the cookbook; there is
no limit to the amount you
can submit.
We need at least 60 by
October 31st in order to
complete the book and
have them available by
Christmas. Please use the
available form that was
emailed from the TCB
Booster to submit your
recipes. On the form are
more explicit directions to
follow when submitting
your recipes. You may return these forms to the
black box at the Thomson
Gym, or you may email
your completed forms to
[email protected].
The tentative sale price is $10
per book, of which members
will profit $5 per book sold.
START NOW!! If you didn’t
receive the form from the
Booster, please email Cheryl
Knox, the point of contact for
this fundraiser.
