Comments: Just an example, efficiencies as well as steam/electricity structure can vary from plant to plant.
Key drivers of the Włoclawek project
Power & Heat
CCGT will replace existing Anwils CHP
CCGT will cover all electricity and majority of heat demand for Anwil Park
Stable demand for heat allows to achieve higher net efficiency of CCGT
Security of supply
Own source of power generation secures Anwil and PTA from electricity
shortages
Two independent sources of electricity for Anwil (from CCGT and from TSO
substation)
Infrastructure
On-site electricity production with unique trafo setup lowers transmission costs
Existing infrastructure in Anwil factory will cover all other media i.e. demi water,
sewages, (modernization of the existing infrastructure optimize CAPEX for the project)
Partner
General Electric as a leader of the EPC consortium
Long Term Service Agreement signed with GE for maintenance of „power train”
- gas turbine, generator and steam turbine
