experience in La Caixa and the Agbar Group. He joined
Aspasios in 2013 as Managing Director, with the aim of
improving management control and boosting business
development.
Degree in Economic Sciences. Formerly with the City
Council of Barcelona and with the Agbar Group. Since
the founding of Aspasios, Olga has been responsible
for accounting, administration, and the financial
management of the company.

This will follow the hotel (revenue management) hotel
• Taking into consideration the prices offered by the competition, the relative positioning of our
product in relation to that of our competitors, our sales and historical demand.
The distribution would have four axes
• Large accommodation distributors (Booking.com, Expedia, Tui, Orbitz, HRS), integrated with
Aspasios via channel management software.
• Apartment building website, referenced on Tripadvisor (e.g. www.aragosuites.com).
• Aspasios.com website, with an extensive network of affiliates and distributors specializing in
apartments, all integrated using XML.
• Loyalty and word of mouth, provided by outstanding, varied marketing tools designed to attract
recommendations.

Our proposal
Investment
• The owner makes the investment in the building and its equipment. Aspasios can advise the investor in selecting the right
building and throughout the purchase process. We also have resources to handle the building project, the construction
management and the interior design.
• The operator is responsible for the corporate image of the establishment, including the development of a website, and the
provision of consumables, such as sheets and towels.
Revenue Model
• This is negotiated case by case. There are several models:
(a) the owner receives a fixed monthly amount;
(b) the owner receives a variable amount depending on sales, or
(c) a combination of the two previous models
• Revenues from optional services go to the operator, which takes care of all aspects of them.
Expenses
• All operating expenses are paid by the operator.
• The only costs to the owner are those pertaining to ownership: home insurance, municipal and other taxes, condominium
fees, as well as major maintenance work (paint, finishings and equipment).
