As you drive down to Sandy Beach to enjoy the lake or the fireworks
on July 3rd, please notice the NorthStar EMS Drive sign located
across the street from the boat launch area. For the past seven years,
the City of Heber Springs has generously allowed the Heber Springs
Area Chamber of Commerce to auction the street as a fundraiser at
their annual banquet. This year, NorthStar EMS submitted the winning bid and will have their sign displayed until the 2011 banquet to
be held in January. Pictured from left to right are L-R, Cory Duncan,
David Banks, Jason Bray, April Chism, Tim Martin, Traci Tutor,
Paul Henley, Amanda Badders.
As you drive into the new Heber Springs Sports Complex, you
will notice the street is named Red River Dodge Avenue. The
City of Heber Springs graciously allowed the Heber Springs
Area Chamber of Commerce to auction the street naming opportunity to the highest bidding business. This year, Red River
Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep placed the winning bid. Pictured are
