CONCLAVE 2012 RECAP
North Carolina DeMolay held its annual Conclave Sept. 15 in Asheboro. DeMolays
from across the state participated in DeMolay Univeristy classes, conferred degrees
and elected state officers for the 2012-2013 term. Below is a photo review of the
event.

2012-2013 Term Plan
October 13 - Masonic Home for Children Homecoming Celebration, Oxford
N.C. DeMolay will volunteer at the Masonic Home for Children during their annual Homecoming Celebration.
November 17 - Raleigh Christmas Parade, Raleigh
We’ll join N.C. Rainbow to participate in the annual Raleigh Christmas Parade.
November 17-18 - Comradeship Weekend, Oxford
This is a fun-filled weekend of flag football, 2-on-2 basketball, dodge ball and several other sports.
January 19 - Grand Master Leadership Conference, Atlanta, GA
Details to come soon from DeMolay International, but all chapters will be invited for a day of leadership and
excitement with a focus on chapter growth.
February 9-10 - Brotherhood Weekend, Greensboro
Ritual competitions to include Flower Talk, Ceremony of Light, Nine O’Clock Interpolation, 4th Section and
more.
February 20-22 - Advisors Retreat, Williamsburg, VA
Planning session for State Staff, State Officers and Chapter Advisors held in conjunction with our brothers
from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
April 20-21 - RD/LCC Weekend, Swansboro
This is a free camping trip at the Jones Masonic Center for any DeMolays who have completed their Representative DeMolay Award or Leadership Correspondence Course.
May 5 - DeMolay University Weekend, Fayetteville
A full day of team building on the paintball field, followed by a few energetic DeMolay University classes.
