Low pressure oil lubrication systems designed for
light, medium and heavy machinery requiring up to
100 points of lubrication. Two types of systems
(automatic and manual) are available to meet the
needs of virtually any industrial application.

Automatic systems are suited for machinery
requiring an uninterrupted discharge of oil, either
regularly timed or continuous. They are actuated by
a self-contained timing mechanism or by a mechanical drive mechanism connected to the equipment
being lubricated.
Manual systems are suited for machinery which can
be lubricated by a hand-actuated, intermittently-fed
oil discharge system on an occasional basis.

Positive Displacement Injectors
Advantages:
Higher pressure oil and grease systems gives you
the ability to apply a precise amount of lubricant
exactly where it is needed. Systems can be electric,
pneumatic or manual and can be deployed easily
on machine tools, metal forming, printing, packaging, injection molding and mobile equipment
machinery. Most injectors can be adjusted to your
lubrication demands.

SureFire™, our award-winning PDI lubricator, is
available in a variety of reservoir sizes and motor
voltages. Connect the ZEM Series injectors, and
create an adjustable system that gives you precise
lubrication that can change as often as your
needs change.
The HyperFormance™ Air/Oil lubricating system
delivers high-efficiency lubrication and cooling for
high-speed spindles and other surfaces requiring
accurate oil delivery. This type of system eliminates
the residual drift and the dangerous “oil fog” and
“oil mist” during operation.
The system utilizes a specially designed positive
displacement injector with oil outputs to a close
tolerance level down to 0.01cc/cycle. This permits
exact oil volumes to be discharged into an air mixing
valve. Controlled air and oil then flows through a
clear plastic tubing to critical bearing points.
