NSSF Rimfire Challenge
All guns will remain cased unless ready to shoot at a shooting table or in a safety zone.
Activities allowed in Safety Zone.
Casing and uncasing unloaded firearms
Practice ‘dry’ firing’ of unloaded firearms
Practice the insertion and removal of empty magazines and/or to cycle the action of a firearm
Conduct inspections, stripping, cleaning, repairs and maintenance of firearms, component parts and
other accessories.
NO handling of loaded magazines in the Safety Area under any circumstances
Safety Zone is located in the pistol range
Magazines can be loaded anywhere.
No open carry of firearms for those participating in the Ruger Rimfire Challenge.
High capacity magazines are allowed but shooters are limited to no more than 11 shots per string. If you fire
the 12th shot, your score is 30. If using several high capacity magazines, make sure of your remaining round
count, magazine changes are not allowed.
If, magazines are being reloaded for you, make sure to segregate the fully loaded and less then full
magazines, Again, no magazine changes allowed, so don’t pickup a 1/2 empty mag.

Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement
Waiver:
In consideration of using the facilities provided by the North Bristol Sportsmen’s Club, Inc.
(a.k.a. North Bristol Sportsman’s Club, Inc., a.k.a. North Bristol Sportmans Club, Inc., a.k.a.
NBSC), hereinafter called “The Club” for the purpose of participating in the NSSF Rimfire
Challenge, hereinafter called “The Activity” on the Club’s premises located at the above
address, the undersigned agrees to the following:
Undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Club, its officers, employees, and
agents and the National Shooting Sports Foundation, Inc., its directors, officers, employees and
authorized representatives from all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands or
lawsuits arising out of, related to, or connected with The Activity.
Undersigned furthermore waives for himself/herself and for his/her executors, personal
representatives, administrators, assigns, heirs and next of kin, any and all rights and claims for
damages, losses, demands and any other actions or claims whatsoever which he/she may have
or which may arise from or be connected with The Activity. This includes any claims of
negligence on the part of The Club, its officers, employees or agents or the National Shooting
Sports Foundation, its directors, officers, employees and authorized representatives.
Severability:
Undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing waiver and assumption of risks
agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of
Wisconsin and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall,
notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: Undersigned hereby acknowledges that he/she has read this
instrument, understands and is agreeing to its terms and is executing this instrument voluntarily.
Undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that he/she understands and will, at all times,
abide by the posted safety rules and procedures and any other rules or procedures stated by
authorized representatives of The Club or authorized representatives of the National Shooting
Sports Foundation. Undersigned acknowledges that signing this instrument constitutes a
complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
