Ingredients
2 cups frozen fruits (500 ml)
3/4 cup Liberte plain yogurt (175 ml)
1 ripe banana, previously frozen
1/2 cup maple or agave syrup (125 ml) (optional)
Preparation
Take fruits out of the freezer about 10 minutes
before starting your recipe.
Mix everything in the blender and eat immediately.

Legally, brie must be pasteurized. How that’s done determines its taste.
Unlike most other cheeses, Normandie Brie is slowly pasteurized at a
lower temperature allowing the cheese to continue to ripen and the flavor
to continue to develop. Barely legal, it’s totally delicious.
