More popular than ever
Today, 4.9 million US households own 5 million weeks at over 1,600 resorts,
and enjoy access to more than 5,400 resorts in some 100 countries around
the world. Recent research by the American Resort Development Association
(ARDA) shows that ownership improves the Vacation Experience for owners,
with 84% of those survey expressing satisfaction, 76% indicating that owning
has increased their satisfaction and 25% expressing interest in buying more.
Impacts the US Economy
The timeshare/vacation ownership industry is huge and has direct impact on the
U.S economy. Owners took 7.2 million timeshare vacations during 2010, spending $1,870 per trip. In the same year $29.2 billion was spent purchasing new
vacation ownership interests.
That’s a lot of people vacationing and planning vacations! Clearly, vacation
ownership is the vacation option enjoyed by millions of Americans.
InnSeason Resorts is born
Developers William E. “Billy” Curran and Dennis M. Ducharme joined forces
in 1987 to create New England’s first “branded” vacation ownership development company, InnSeason Resorts. Ducharme and Curran share over 30 years
of development and marketing experience in New England, with their respective companies and own resorts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.
With the creation of the Northeast’s first homegrown brand of resort hotels,
the two entrepreneurs introduced their own styles of expertise into what is still a
burgeoning vacation ownership-resort development landscape.
Billy Curran is the Chief Executive of InnSeason Resorts, and President of Curran Management Services, Inc., the largest vacation marketing company in the
Northeast. A sales and marketing executive for over 25 years, he has developed resorts on Cape Cod and Maine over the past decade.
Dennis Ducharme is President of InnSeason Resorts, and has developed several resorts on
Cape Cod, including the Cove at Yarmouth, New England’s largest purpose-built vacation
ownership resort. In 1994, he began the re-development of Pollard Brook Resort at Loon Mountain, at that time his seventh hotel project.
Plans for the future include continued development in Lincoln NH as they continue the multimillion dollar redevelopment of the Old Franconia Mill, and continued expansion of InnSeason
Resorts Pollard Brook. They are looking at other locations in New England for development opportunities, as they simultaneously pursue relationships outside of the Northeast, allowing them
to offer InnSeason Vacation Club members more options in their vacation planning.

InnSeason Resorts Captain’s Quarters is an oceanfront resort located on Falmouth Heights Beach on
Cape Cod. There, you’ll be able to stroll down the
beach and enjoy sunrises or sunsets with views of
Martha’s Vineyard. You’ll find the location convenient to Island ferries, waterfront dining, shopping,
bike paths and the area’s many great golf courses.
The resort’s one and two bedroom suites feature

Making an InnSeason
Vacation Club Reservation
Getting Started
As an InnSeason Vacation Club Member you have an array of options when planning your
vacations. You can stay at any of the InnSeason Vacation Club Resorts, the DestINNation
Resorts, use Bonus weeks, or exchange with RCI. Before booking we suggest you make some
basic choices: Who will be traveling? Where do you want to go? When would you like to go?
You should also review The USE YEAR CALENDAR and booking windows. You should always
make sure your fees are paid and that your contact information is up to date.
The NEW “easy” way to book
Login to “Owner’s Inn.” Once logged in, you click on your orange contract link, then click
on the Overview Button, then your contract number, which brings you to your Owner’s Detail
Page. Here, you’ll see an orange link “Make Club Reservations”. Click on the link.
Booking your vacation
You will be brought to a window that lets you “search for available” rooms. You’ll see what
is available to you based on your point balance, the day you are booking and the dates you
want to vacation. If you search for 7 day vacations, only those accommodations available for
the entire seven days will show. So play around. Search for a lot, or a little. Here is an example.
Choose the vacation you want and “book it”. A point allocation window will pop up, showing
you which points will be used for the booking. Once you click “Book Stay” a Pending
Reservation window will appear, essentially confirming your stay.
The beauty of the system is that, it applies the rules. It knows if you have the points
available, and if you are within your booking window. And it shows you any inventory available. So the fewer restrictions you place on the search the more you will see. When you see
what you want, book it. And you will receive a confirmation. It is that easy.

Each year, you have a 12-month period to travel using the points allocated to you as a Vacation Club member. This is referred to as a “Use Year.” The Use Year Start date is January 1st.
You may use your points for a vacation within the InnSeason Vacation Club that is completed
by the last day of your Use Year (December 31st). Any points not used during this 12-month
period will expire on this day (Unless Accrued to the next Use Year by the accrual date).
• Points will be taken from the Use Year in which you are traveling, not the Use Year in which
you are making your reservation.
• Remember, it is not necessary to wait until your Use Year Start Date to request a reservation
(However, fees must be paid in advance or you must be on a monthly pre-payment plan).
• Prior year’s Accrued points or next year’s Borrowed points (points from the next Use Year),
may be used to travel within 4-months of the travel arrival date.
MAKING A RESERVATION
How to make a reservation for seven nights.
You can book up to 12 months in advance.
Make sure all Club Fees are paid and current.
• Log on to the Owner’s Inn to check the Points Grid or the Points Usage Calculator to see how
many Points are needed at each location and that you have enough Points in your account.
• Remember that in order to book this far in advance, you must have enough Points in the Use
Year in which you are traveling to apply toward the stay.
• If making a reservation in the NEXT Use Year, your fees must be paid in advance or you must
be on a monthly pre-payment plan.
• Points Borrowing, Accrued Points, and Point Rentals are NOT allowed this far in advance.
• Call 855-501-3003 and speak with a Vacation Club Reservation Agent.

How to make a reservation for less than seven
nights (Short Stay).
Requests can only be made within four (4) months of your arrival date.
• Reservations may be made for two nights or more. Points may not be used to book one night reservations
• Again, make sure that all of your Club fees are paid and current.
• Be sure to check your account via the Owner’s Inn to make sure you have enough Points for the
trip.
• Regular Points, Accrued Points, Borrowed Points, and Rented Points may be used.
• Splitting a weekend (arriving on a Thursday departing on a Saturday) is generally not allowed
and is done at the discretion of the Club Administrator.

Saving and Accruing Points
Accrued Points are points that are not used (the balance left in your account on 12/31) in the current Use
Year and are saved (carried over) to the following Use Year, and subject to different booking windows.
If you are unable to use all or some of your points during the Use Year, you MUST notify us in writing* by
June 30th so that the full balance of your remaining points may be accrued for use in the next Use Year.
How do I Save/Accrue Points?
Learn how to make sure you use all your points to get the vacations you and your family dream about. All it
takes is a little planning, and understanding the Use Year and Booking Windows.
• Points may be accrued for one Use Year only. (For example – Use Year Points from 2016 can only be
accrued to 2017.)
• You must submit an Accrual Form by June 30th to guarantee the accrual of any unused points into the
following Use Year.
• You may continue to use your points and, since the form is submitted, any remaining balance will be
accrued.
• Accrual Forms submitted between July 1st and August 31st will accrue only 50% of their point balance at
the end of the Use Year.
• Points not accrued by August 31st will expire on December 31st of that Use Year.
• Points accrued, or saved, to the next Use Year may only be used to book reservations within four (4) months
of the arrival date.
*You can notify Owner Services by filling out the Points Accrual form in the Vacation Club Owner’s Inn Section on our web site, or by downloading a printable copy of the form, then mail or fax the completed form to

How do I borrow or rent additional points?
• If you plan a vacation in the current Use Year and it requires more points than you currently have
available, you may borrow from the next Use Year, or you can rent additional points for one time use.

Cancellation Procedures
How do I cancel a reservation and what are the fees?
• Cancellations outside of 2 months receive no point penalty.
• Cancellations within 2 months but more than 7 days from travel arrival will receive no point
penalty. Future reservations using the cancelled points must be made within two months of the travel
arrival date.
• If an owner cancels less than 7 days from the arrival date, 50% of their points will be returned
to their account, and the cancelled points can only be used within two months of the travel arrival
date.
• There is a cancellation fee of $50 for any cancelled Club Reservation.
How do I make an Exchange?
Understand first, that an exchange is simply that; you agree to give up your vacation time(“points”)
in trade for vacation time deposited by someone else. As always make sure your fees are up to
date, so that you actually have the points available in your account.
As you await your welcome letter and card, peruse the RCI Directory or web site: www.rci.com to
review your vacation options. Be sure to check out RCI TV to see some great videos of destinations
and resorts.
Once you have your RCI Membership Number, login to www.InnSeason.com - Owner’s Inn (if you
haven’t already established a login…click the login in the upper right hand corner of our web site).
Once logged in, click through to your account details page and you’ll see your RCI Point availability and a link directly into RCI.com. Use this link as it brings your eligible points with you…so you
can start trading immediately if you so desire. (The RCI point valuations that appear in the book
and online without your login, are not the same as your Vacation Club Points.)
Remember, make no travel plans until all arrangements with RCI have been confirmed in writing
(particularly airline reservations).
Exchanging for larger units, peak periods, or multi week vacations
If you wish to request units that require more than your 1 year allotment of points, we suggest you
borrow Points from future years, or rent additional points, or you may want to consider an
additional points purchase.
You will receive your welcome letter and membership card within six (6) weeks of purchase.

Playtime Points
What are Playtime Points?
Playtime Points allow you to use your InnSeason Vacation Club points to purchase a variety of items.
Currently, you’ll find Restaurant Gift Cards and Activity Admissions offered.
How does it work?
Playtime Points are only available online, through “The Owner’s Inn”. You must be logged in, and
then you will see a Playtime Points Tab in the left hand navigation. To purchase, fill out the online
form on the ‘New Request’ tab and your certificates or gift cards will be mailed directly to you within
10 days.
What are the Rules and Regulations?
Playtime Points are available to InnSeason Vacation Club Members in good standing. (All fees are
current.)
Only “Current Use Year” Points may be used to purchase Playtime Points. Accrued, borrowed or
Rented Points are not eligible.
Playtime Points will be deducted immediately from current Use Year Points (at the time of
purchase).
Playtime Points Certificates/Gift Cards are subject to the rules and regulations of the restaurant that issues them. Responsibility for loss/replacement rests with the purchaser.
Items offered and point values assigned are subject to change.
Contact and purchase through “Owner’s Inn” online portals only (not with restaurant/
supplier).
Minimum Purchase: Minimum Purchase: 1 -$50 Gift Card. Maximum Purchase: 4 -$50

Playtime Point Certificates/Gift Cards are only available for purchase from January 1 to
November 15th of the Current Use Year. To ensure proper processing of all orders, no
Playtime Points will be issued after November 15th.
Point deductions are non-refundable and the purchase and consequent deduction of
points may not be cancelled after the order is submitted.
How are the Rules and Regulations applied?
The online system will automatically determine the eligibility of your points (current, paid
