June 12 (Thursday) – registration, hotel check-in (not later than 12.00), training for both band ( 80m and
2m) and sprint, the official Opening Ceremony, meeting of the Ground Jury, meeting with representatives of the
teams
June 13 (Friday) – First competition (2m band), Awarding ceremony**, Excursion (Lasershow on floating
fountain «ROSHEN»);
June 14 (Saturday) – Sprint competition*, Awarding ceremony**, Tram excursion, excursion to the
Museum of Aviation;
June 15 (Sunday) – Second competition (80m band), Awarding ceremony**, Closing ceremony and
FOX-PARTY;
June 16 (Monday) – departure.
*Only on individual categories.Sprint training will be held of the June 12 in conjunction with training for 80m
and 2m.
**Medals & diplomas.
***Possible arrival of teams or individuals sportsmen or official person on one day earlier, while the cost is the
same (15 euro), but the corresponding application must be submitted in advance of the April 30 (board by
himself or by prior arrangement in the same period)

Category M16:
Men (boys) up to 16 (i.e., born 1998+); team consists of up to five competitors.
Category W16:
Women (girls) up to 16 (i.e., born 1998+); team consists of up to five competitors.
Category M14:
Men (boys) up to 14 (i.e., born 2000+); team consists of up to five competitors.
Category W14:
Women (girls) up to 14 (i.e., born 2000+); team consists of up to five competitors.
Terrain
Mixed forest with two different types of area.
● flat terrain with some marshes
● moderately hilly with maximum hight difference 50 meter
Visibility in old forest is good but limited in young forest. Mostly good runnability. Good network of path and
tracks.
Maps
ISOM 2000 standard, 1:15 000 (1:5 000 for sprint), contour interval 5 m, size A4, status: spring 2014.

Training
Training for both bands (80 and 2m) distance and sprint will be held of the June 12 from 13.00 to 16.00.

Marking device
SportIdent system will be used. SI card numbers will be collected in the entry form. For those
who do not have any in their possession, SI card will be provided.

First aid facility will be available at the finish areas for all competitions. No cost to the

Fees
а) Full package for sportsmen and team officials:
From 12 to 15 of June – 200 euro (includes participation in classic competitions, sprint) with payment until
April 30. The package includes accommodation, three meals a day, transportation to the start and from the
finish, maps, cultural events and banquet
б) Alternative package for sportsmen and team officials WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION AND
MEALS:
From 12 to 15 of June – 100 euro (includes participation in classic competitions, sprint) with payment until
April 30. The package includes transportation to the start and from the finish, maps, cultural events and
banquet;
в) Full package for guests / visitors (without sportsmen and team officials):
From 12 to 15 of June – 150 euro with payment until April 30. The package includes accommodation, three
meals a day, transportation to the start and from the finish, maps, cultural events and banquet;
г) Alternative package guests / visitors WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS:
From 12 to 15 of June – 50 euro with payment until April 30. The package includes transportation to the
start and from the finish, maps, cultural events and banquet.
Attention! For payment after the April 30, the hotel receive an additional fee of 40 euro from each of
participant.

Additional information
● Fans / visitors will be allowed to be only at the finish.
● The organizers will provide the opportunity to start for everybody only in the sprint discipline (20
minutes after the last athlete), the entry fee - 10 euro.
