Kensington Student Services is pleased to offer accommodation within this superb,
managed residence next door to MPW’s Birmingham college.
Suitable for those aged 16 years and over, this property provides one of Birmingham’s most
exclusive student accommodations. This elegant building comprises 30 stylish single occupancy
rooms with modern furniture.
Live-in house parents provide 24-hour support and supervision throughout term-time (and ensure
residents observe House Rules and curfews).
Within each cluster flat, each individual has their own room, shared bathroom and access to a large,
open plan kitchen which allows easy interaction with fellow students.
Rooms are offered as board only to help foster independent living and guidance is provided on
cooking. With our popular meal plan, breakfast is served daily and an evening meal is prepared on-site
by an executive chef.
