Crop Up Dinner & Market Showcase

Oregon’s specialty crops are the stars of this dinner series created by the Oregon Dept. of
Agriculture and Oregon State University designed to increase awareness of the bountiful diversity
of Oregon’s fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits and nursery crops. Enjoy a seven-course
dinner built around locally grown foods for just $20. Tickets available through Eventbrite.
Harvest Dinner on Oak Street

Join Standing Stone Brewery for a special evening dining under the stars. This community event
benefiting Rogue Valley Farm to School features some of the best chefs in the Rogue Valley
collaborating to create a meal celebrating the local farms and the bounty of our region.

Join Thrive for a celebration of the freshness and variety of locally grown food as we enjoy a tour
of farms around Central Point: Martin Family Ranch, the Rogue Creamery, Seven Oaks Farm,
and Wallkabout Brewing Co. Price includes a delicious lunch featuring ingredients of toured farms
by Buttercloud Bakery. Cost is $30 including lunch and optional beer tasting. Children are $15.

Join Thrive, the Medford Food Co-op, Caminos and La Clinica at a Salsa Festival & Showdown,
a day celebrating Latino culture, healthy living, and local foods. Entertainment, food trucks, recipe
demonstrations, kids activities, salsa sampling & a salsa-making competition all round out the fun. Free.
Put your SALSA RECIPE to the test at the Salsa Showdown! Contestants will be put to
the challenge of crafting their best salsa on-site at the Salsa Festival using fresh, locally sourced
ingredients. First place prize is $100 in gift certificates to the Medford Food Co-op! Rules and
