The start of a new top class eventing tradition
Hovdala International Horse Trials
– named after the legendary Hovdala Castle dating back to the 17th century
The eventing will take place by the magic Hovdala Castle, beautifully located close to
swimming, fishing, water skiing and hunting possibilities, as well as fantastic golf courses,
hotels and restaurants.
In the castle area you will find a large shopping area, lots of entertainment, shows and
parties for the whole family.
Competitors compete for 25 000 euros prize money.

Dressage, jumping, equestrian service and accommodation are located at Sveland Arena,
one of Sweden’s largest and most popular outdoor arenas with modern footing.
