MRSDMM, Mahanand Dairy has installed a State of Art 30 MTPD Powder Plant
at warvand, Pune-Solapur Highway, Tal. Daurd, Dist. Pune. We will be
converting Milk to SMP and Butter. Sealed Tenders are invited by MRSDMM,
Mahanand Dairy from reputed and interested parties in order to utilize our spare
capacity.

INTENT OF SPECIFICATION
The Job work specified herein is intended for the SMP Plant, Mahanand Dairy,
Pune-Solapur Highway, Warvand, Tal. Daund, Dist.Pune.
GENERAL INFORMATION
:
Any condition which may not have been specifically mentioned but which
is
necessary for satisfactory and Trouble Free Relationship for the Job Work shall be
furnished by the Tenderer without any extra charge to the owler.
1. SCOPE :
Reputed and Interested parties timely submit their highest offer for utilizing
our spare capacity of 3.00 lacs ltrs/day milk conversion to SMP and Butter.

Milk into Skim Milk Powder/ Butter on job work basis.

Dist. Pune, (herein after referred to as the "Second Pafty" which expression
shall, unless excluded by or repugnant to the context or meaning thereof
including its successor or successors in business and permitted assignees.)
Whereas the second
parf
has its own factory at Warvand, Tal. Daund,
Dist.Pune, Maharashtra to manufacture and packing. SMP and BUTTE&
Conforming to BIS / FSSAI Standards. The First Parfy has surplus Milk for
conversion and desires to utilize the facilities of Second Party.
Where as a First ParW has approached to the Second Party for conversion
of
surplus milk, accordingly the Second Party has agree to convert the surplus
milk of First Party into Skimmed Milk Powder (SA/Py White Butter
and
the Second Party having agreed to carry on the conversion, Subject to
certain terms and conditions and deliver the converted SMP/White Butter to
the First Party.
Now the parties having agreed the Terms and Conditions to the
agreement witnessed at follows

1.2 Both the parties have agreed that, the Second Party shall convert
the Whole Milk/Skimmed Milk of the First Partv into Skimmed
Milk Powder (SMP)iButter.

Quantity of milk to be converted:
Tenderer
will have to pay the conversion charges for the above mentioned quantity
whether he supply or not supply the milk. Excluding initial 90 days from
this condition.
7.
Permissible conversion losses: The loss
of solids not Fat (Si.IF) and Fat
shall be as per MRSDMM Guidelines.
a) Recovery Norms:
1. SNF to SMP from N.dilk97%
2. KgFat to Kg Fat 97% (Fat in Butter :82Yo)
b) Packing Charges:
Packing material to be supplied by the First Party and
the packing material used for the packing of SMP/Butter shall confirm to
BIS specifications.
8. Storage Charges
a)
:
SMP: Rs.500.00 MT/IVlonth, taxes will be extra as applicable (No
Storage Charges for First 15 days from the date
of Manufacture but
on
maximum Stock on any single day after the period)
b)
Butter : Rs.1500/- MT/IvIonth, taxes will be extra as applicable (No
Storage Charges for First 15 days from the date
of Manufacture but
on
maximum Stock on any single day after the period)
8.1) The Second Party Shall Informed the First Party on regular basis for
the milk received and the quantity of SMP Manufactured to Plan the lifting
of stocks.

8.2) The Second Party shall handover the converted stocks to first party
within the prescribed period to take custody of, until such time it is the
responsibility of the Second Party to safeguard the products by adopting
good storage practices.
9) Quality of Finished Goods :
9.1) The Second Party shall ensure that the quantity of SMP confirms to
BIS specification IS: 13334 Part-I (Standard Grade)and shall also
ensure
that SMP/Butter free from any additive or neutralizer.The Product should
essentially pass all nonns under FSSAI Act.
9.2) The
Second party shall undertake to conversion by following "GOOD
MANUFACTURING PRACTICES (GMP)
"
and also maintain proper
"SANITARY AND HYGIENE CONDITIONS." in conversion, packing
and storage of the Products.
9.3) SMP will be filled in polyliner and finally packed in25 kgs bags. Each
bag of SMP should
name
carry the labeling and declaration clearly to identiff
of the manufacturing plant, the lot/batch no., manufacturing
date,
BIS/ FSSAI No. etc. as specified under various Acts/ Rules.
9.4)
The Second Party shall ensure that SMP so manufactured shall have
shelf life of one year from the date of manufacturing.
10)
Payments
of conversion
charges: The Second Party
towards the conversion charges once in ten days. The

11) In case of Plant break down the same should be intimated to First Parly
So as to avoid dispatch of
milk to Second Party.
12) Account of packing material received, utilized and balance will
be
submitted by Second Party with every 10 days statements
13) Force Majeure:

It is the responsibility of the Second Party to undertake
of milk for processing and operations as required under any
circumstances and shall carry on services in good faith. But subject to force
majeure conditions. The Second Pafiy shall not be penalized
if it fails to
adhere to the terms on account any reason beyond control such as act
of
God, fire, storm, earthquake, explosion, accidents, strikes, lockouts, civil
commotion, riots, inability to obtain raw material, refusal of license or any
other conditions which makes
it impossible for
either parties to
fulfill their
obligations under this contract/agreement.
14) In case of any dispute between the parties pertaining to this agreement,
same
will be referred to the Managing Director, MRSDMM
