Assembling Your Door
1.
We recommend a dry assembly to ensure all
parts fit.
PLEASE NOTE: These instructions
are specific to a particular door size and
type. Adjustments may be needed on
your part for changes in specifications
and measurements, as well as door types
that are different than these.
Lay out A1 (L), A2, and A3 with the large mortised grooves facing in and with the small grooves
on A1 L and A2 on the bottom edge of the door.
Beginning with B1, slide each of the B slats into
the one to its right.
2. Once all the (B) slats are together in position,
place the bottom slots (tongues) into the
groove along the top of A2.

6.
Use the 6” Timber Locks to fasten A1 L, A1
R, and A2 and A3 together. Use your fingers
and a wrench to fasten the Timberlocks,
straight in, avoid going in at an angle. Have a
partner help keep the rails square as you install
the Timberlocks.
7.
Lay A4 over the top of all B slats.
Use a drill with a Phillips bit to
attach.
8.
Place slats A5 and A6 across all B
slats to form an X, corner to corner.
Use the 1-1/4” Grabber Screws to
attach.
