CONTINUOUS STEAM: PERFECT COOKING
AND HEALTHY FOODS
Independent and separated from the cooking chamber, the powerful
steam generator of Advance ovens secures a continuous supply of fresh
steam at all times, for perfect quality cooking and improving the juiciness
of all food. The system guarantees a continued renewal of the water
every 24 hours of cooking, maintaining high quality and guaranteeing
hygiene inside the chamber at all times.
THE ADVANCE PLUS OPERATING SYSTEM

Fagor Cooking is the automatic cooking program. Infinite recipes can
be created, stored, imported and exported, helping to make the day-today easier and more productive.
Fagor Easy is the manual cooking program, with 4 cooking cycles:
Convection, Steam, Mixed and Regeneration.
Fagor Multi-Tray System monitors and controls the temperature and
time of each tray independently, in order to cook different types of dishes
at the same time. It allows flexible cooking during peak hours, saving
time and money.

Simple and very easy to use, the new Advance probe allows the
temperature to be taken at the core of foods, ensuring precision during
the entire cooking process.
EZ Sensor has an ergonomic design, easier to hold, guaranteeing the
safety of the chef and, above all, saving time and effort.

The new generation Advance has an 8 inch touch-screen TFT, which
is intuitive and very easy to use, including automatic programs such as
“Fagor Easy” and “Fagor Cooking”.
The Fagor Touch system is completely sealed in glass, very easy to clean,
repels water and grease stains and is very resistant to scratches. Its
capacitive technology allows wide viewing angles and its screen can be
activated even with latex gloves.

Water Softeners are used to treat hard water.
They work by replacing the calcium and magnesium in the water with sodium.
They may also remove a small amount of iron or manganese, but for high levels, it is not recommended.
Water Softeners will generally require a professional installation.
All ovens requiring water must be connected to a treated water supply when the local water at any time is over 7 HF / 4.0 HD, or has a CI
concentration over 150 mg/litre, or a salt content in excess of 30 mg/litre.
Ovens boilers must be drained down at the end of each shift.
The problems of functioning that come from a defective installation that does not fulfill these conditions might result in voiding
the warranty of the product.

Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
Two Year Parts & Labor Warranty: Fagor Commercial, Inc. (“Fagor”) warrants
to the first-end-user purchaser (the “User”) that the Fagor brand equipment
sold hereunder, except for parts and accessories which carry the warranty of
a supplier (the “Equipment”) will be free from defects in material and factory
workmanship under normal conditions of use and maintenance for a period of
(2) two years from the date of installation (Warranty Commencement date), but
in no event to exceed (27) twenty-seven months from the date of shipment.
Warranty is Not Transferable.
Warranty Coverage: If there is a defect in material or factory workmanship
covered by this
Warranty reported to Fagor during the period the applicable Warranty is in
force and effect, Fagor will repair or replace, at Fagor’s option, that part of the
Equipment that has become defective. Fagor will cover labor cost within two
years from the Warranty Commencement date or 27 months from shipment
date, whichever occurs first. Fagor shall bear all labor costs in connection
with the installation of these replacement parts, provided that, the installation
is conducted by Fagor or its authorized representative. Charges for warranty
travel time round trip, total (2) two hours or up to 100 miles total. Any charges
exceeding those stated herein or overtime rates must have prior authorization
by Fagor.
Any charges exceeding those stated herein must have prior authorization by
Fagor. In case Fagor deems the equipment non-repairable, said equipment will
be replaced and the replacement unit(s) will carry the same warranty period
from the original unit’s installation date (original Warranty Commencement
Date).
Fagor will have no responsibility to honor claims received after the date the
applicable Warranty expires. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any claim with
reference to the Equipment or any parts therefore for any cause shall be
deemed waived unless submitted by the User to Fagor within thirty(30) days
after the date the User discovered, or should have discovered, the claim. In
connection with all claims under this Warranty, Fagor will have the right, at its
own expense, to have its representatives inspect the Equipment at the User’s
premises and to request all of User’s records pertaining to the Equipment to
determine whether a defect exists, whether the conditions set forth in this
Warranty have been satisfied, and whether or not the applicable Warranty is
in effect.
Exclusions from and Conditions to Warranty Coverage: This warranty does
not cover parts or accessories, which (a) carry the warranty of a supplier or
(b) are abused. Application of this Warranty is further conditioned upon the
following:
•
Calibration
•
Alteration: If the equipment is modified in any manner from original
model, substitution of parts other than Fagor factory authorized parts,
removal of any parts including legs, or addition of any parts.
•
Replacement of light bulbs and door gaskets.
•
The replacement of glass in Fagor’s judgment that has been affected by
misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, operation or improper
maintenance.
•
Any damages incurred as a direct result of poor water quality, inadequate
maintenance of steam generators and/or surfaces affected by water
quality. Water quality and required maintenance of the steam generator
is the sole responsibility of the owner or operator of said equipment.
•
The equipment is used under conditions of abuse, misuse, carelessness
or abnormal conditions, including but not limited to, equipment
subjected to harsh or inappropriate chemicals or detergents, including
but not limited to, compounds containing chloride or quaternary salts,
poor water quality.

Use: Fagor equipment in not designed for personal, family or household
purposes and its sale for such purposes is not intended. in the event
the equipment is so used, this warranty shall be null and void, and the
equipment shall be deemed to have been sold “as is-where is” without
any warranty of any kind, including without limitation any warranty of title,
non-infringement, merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose.
•
This warranty is void if there is an equipment failure due to a direct result
of handling and/or transportation, fire, water, accident, misuse, acts of
god, attempted repair by unauthorized persons, improper installation, if
serial number has been removed or altered, or if unit is used for purpose
other than it was originally intended.
The foregoing warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties not
expressly set forth herein, whether express or implied by operation of law or
otherwise, including but not limited to any representation of performance and
any implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose. No other warranties are authorized on behalf of Fagor
unless specifically issued by Fagor.
Fagor shall have no liability for incidental or consequential losses, damages
including without limitation or expenses, loss of sales, spoiled food, profits or
goodwill, claims whether or not on account of combi oven failure or punitive or
exemplary damages directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling or use
of the Equipment or from any other cause relating thereto, whether arising in
contract, tort, warranty, strict liability or otherwise. Fagor’s liability hereunder
in any case is expressly limited, at Fagor’s election, to repair or replacement of
said equipment parts
Failure to comply with any of these conditions will void this Warranty.
TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE AND CLAIMS
All Fagor equipment is sold F.O.B. shipping point, and when accepted by the
carrier, such shipments become the property of the consignee.
Damages may occur during shipment and should this happen this matter
is between the consignee and carrier.
If shipment is damaged in transit the purchaser should make his claim
directly to the carrier. Careful inspection of the equipment should be made
as soon as it arrives and visible damage should be noted upon the carriers
receipt. Shipping damage is not covered under this warranty.
If the driver refuses to allow inspection, write the following on the delivery
receipt:
“Driver refuses to allow inspection of container/containers for visible
damage”.
If the above mentioned does not happen proceed with the following:
Make an immediate inspection while the equipment is still in the truck or
immediately after it is moved to the receiving area.
Do not sign a delivery receipt or a freight bill until you have made a proper count
and inspection of all merchandise received.
Note all damages to packages directly on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
Make certain the driver signs this receipt. If he refuses to sign, make a notation
of this refusal on the receipt.
Telephone the carrier’s office immediately upon finding damage, and request
an inspection. Mail a written confirmation of the time, date, and the person
called.
Save any packages and packing material for further inspection by the carrier.
Promptly file a written claim with the carrier and attach copies of all supporting
paperwork.
We cannot, file any damage claims for you, assume the responsibility of any
claims, or accept deductions in payment.
