hanging signs will be published in the exhibitor service kit.

NCBA reserves the right to rearrange the exhibit floor plan as
needed. NCBA may relocate exhibitors at any time with the

1. Onsite at the 2008 NCBA Trade show
As in past years, we will hold space sales meetings
by appointment onsite at the 2008 NCBA Trade Show.
You will select and directly participate in your space
assignment and be able to see the most current plan when
it’s your turn to select space.
2. All current exhibitors from the current year
have until April 1, 2008 to reserve space.
How it works
AIC and Gold level members will have the first opportunity
to reserve booth space during the Allied
Industry Council meeting. This meeting
is typically held early on during the
week of convention.
How to submit your application
Allied Industry Associates and Allied
Industry Partners will have the next
opportunity to reserve space.
The sales are then opened up to all
current exhibitors.

NCBA ShowGuide is a comprehensive
industry reference publication with

ShowGuide has a circulation of 33,000 and
is distributed with the January issue of the
National Cattlemen and to all convention
