How Do I Get Set Up?
Many of the tools you use to order new books and to sell back used books are the same ones you use to buy used textbooks.
Used textbooks are now available for search and order (including Bin and Hold) using ipage®, the most comprehensive search,
discover and order management tool for booksellers. Search using the EAN, title, author, etc. and look for the Used Textbook
icon to view our used inventory.

Whether you’re a college store or independent bookseller, Ingram is your source for buying and selling used textbooks.
Sell us your used textbook inventory year round and get paid cash for your store. Then, buy the used textbooks you
need to meet student demand. Simply follow these steps to search and buy used textbooks from Ingram.
Step 1: Enter the EAN, title, author etc. in the ipage search bar
Step 2: In the search results, look for the icon that says “Available Used” indicating used inventory for this title.
Step 3:Click on the title to view the Title Detail Page then click on the “Also Available Used” icon to view our
available used inventory for this title.
Step 4:After you click on the icon, a pop up box will appear showing the number of available used copies of that
title. Used textbooks are available in the TN warehouse only. Click the “Add” button to add this item or
items to your Quick Order Cart.
Note: Your cost for this title will be displayed as well as the condition of the book. The cost displayed reflects
your current discount for used inventory which could differ from your discount on new inventory.
Step 5:To place your order, view your Quick Order Cart. You can continue to add both new books and used
textbooks to your cart as in this example. Confirmed orders of at least 15 units of both new and used will
combine for shipping and free freight.
Note: The US SRP field on your Quick Order Cart screen reflects your final price for used textbooks based on
your terms.
Step 6:Click the Order button then you will see the Order Details page. Your default Order Method will appear. If
you want to change your Order Method for this order, click on the Change link and choose another option
from the dropdown menu.
Note: Used textbooks cannot be backordered so if your account default is set to backorder, only new products
will be backordered.
Once confirmed, click the Place Order button to place your final order.
Step 7:Once your order has been confirmed, you will see which new and used items will be shipping and from
which warehouses.
And you’re done! Purchasing used textbooks from Ingram is easy with just a few steps using ipage.
