1 - 32 oz.
Bottle apple juice (chilled)
1 pint
Vodka
1 - 12 oz.
Can frozen cranberry juice
concentrate
1 pint
Bourbon
1 cup
Orange juice
1 1/2
Bottles champagne

Apple
In large punch bowl, combine apple juice, cranberry
juice and orange juice. Slowly pour in champagne.
Thinly slice the apple vertically, forming whole apple
slices. Float the apple slices on top of punch.

Cranberry juice
1 cup
Sugar
1 cup
Orange juice
1 cup
Pineapple juice
3/4 cup
2 cup
Lemon juice
2 pints
2 quarts

Cranberry or cran-apple juice
Ginger ale
16 oz.
Frozen lemonade (undiluted)
15 oz.
Frozen orange juice (undiluted)
Mix everything together in large punch bowl except
ginger ale. Add ginger ale right before serving.

Frozen orange juice concentrate,
thawed
10 oz.
Frozen strawberry daquiri mix
concentrate, thawed
1 bottle
Champagne
4 cups
Cold water
Chilled ginger ale
Ice Cubes
1 pint
Rainbow sherbert
In large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, sugar,
and other fruit juices. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
At serving time add rainbow sherbert and ginger ale.
In large punch bowl, combine all thawed concentrates. Add 4 cups of water; stir to combine. Gently
add champagne but do not stir. Serve immediately
over ice. If desired, garnish with strawberries and
orange wedges.
