Permatic double bending lines decisively streamline the
bending of reinforcing steel from bars. Pedax offers an
entire range in various sizes and different designs. You
can choose between five different sizes. Double bending
lines are a must in any bending company, as they bend
automatically, reliably and require only one operator. They
pay off within a very short time due to saved labour costs
and by higher performance in automatic mode!

Permatic
Permatic double bending lines are always particularly
economic and powerful when large bending shapes and
double bends need to be produced. Permatic double
bending lines are available in sizes 50 N, 50 S, 60 S and
65 S. Furthermore, Pedax offers the Permatic 60 SK, which
has additional automatic adjustment functions and is
designed for the smallest centre to centre distances.

Feeding roller conveyor with a track width of 800 mm,
mobile and stationary bending machine, each with frequency-controlled bending speeds, Siemens control with
touchscreen, insertion device, complete set of bending
tools, collection boxes for bent shapes.

PERMATIC MODELS // FORMAS CONSTRUCTIVAS
Pedax has developed a new range with five different
models based on the proven basic concept:
1. Permatic 50 N: model with particularly good price performance ratio; classic design for the use of
bending rollers. 500 mm roller conveyor width,
position-controlled Siemens motors.
2. Permatic 50 S: equipped as pos. 1, but with Pedax gear
unit for the use of bending carriers in both clockwise
and anti-clockwise direction in automatic mode.
3. Permatic 60 S: preferred production machine, Pedax
gear unit with manual shift, thus providing high
bending speeds of up to 90°/s.
4. Permatic 65 S: Equipment as in pos. 3, but much
higher performance, 125 mm tool height.

Permatic 60 SK: as Permatic 60S, but with automatic
adjustment functions: Clamping fixtures and material
guides are automatically adjusted via the program
to the respective tool and the bar diameter to be bent.
Material guides swivel automatically out of the travel
area; therefore extremely tight centre to centre
distances of only 1.04 m for extended areas of
application.
Partiendo del concepto básico ya probado, Pedax ha desarrollado un nuevo programa con cinco formas constructivas
diferentes:
1. Permatic 50 N: modelo con una relación precio rendimiento especialmente favorable; modelo clásico
para el uso de rodillos de curvado. Anchura de vía de
rodillo de 500 mm, motores Siemens de posición
regulada.
2.
Permatic 50 S: equipada como la pos. 1 pero con
engranajes Pedax, para el uso de corazones de curvado,
para el curvado en sentido horario y antihorario en
funcionamiento automático.
3. Permatic 60 S: máquina de producción por excelencia,
engranajes Pedax con conmutación manual; gracias a
ello elevadas velocidades de curvado de hasta 90°/s.
4. Permatic 65 S: equipamiento como la pos. 3 pero con un
rendimiento considerablemente mayor, altura de
herramientas de 125 mm.

Permatic 60 SK: como la Permatic 60S pero con
funciones de ajuste automático. Los dispositivos de
sujeción y las guías de material se ajustan a través del
programa a la herramienta correspondiente y al diámetro de barra que se va a curvar. Las guías de material
giran automáticamente desde el área de desplazamiento, lo que permite distancias entre centros muy estrechas de tan sólo 1,04 m para amplias posibilidades de
aplicación.
