Their 40 year-old building and comparably old systems furniture
were visually outdated and lacked the technology compatibility
their employees needed.
How RLI Changed
Workplace change was supported by employee visioning sessions
and tours to an Allsteel showroom. Employees had the opportunity
to share their current workspace challenges and identify optimal
work environments for the new space.
Benefits
Interior light – executive offices were moved to the inside of the
building with glass fronts and clerestory. This gave the perimeter
spaces and employee workstations plenty of opportunity for natural
light to come in.
