I decided to bring to the Strand Theater Stage Dracula. Written by Steven Dietz,
Dracula is rich with both humor and horror. I have assembled a great cast that
paints a wickedly theatrical picture of Bram Stoker’s famous vampire. Enjoy.

Who’s Who
Jim Siegrist [Renfield] last seen at the Strand Theater in Barefoot in the Park,
Luv 4 Sail, and Oklahoma. “I am dedicating my performance to my fellow vets
who struggle everyday with mental health issues and the wonderful medical
staff who treats them.”
DeLaine Mann [Mina] is a lifelong resident of Myrtle Beach and has been
self employed as a hairstylist for over twenty years. She also currently serves as
one of the worship leaders, singing at her church. No stranger to the stage, she
worked for four years with High Steppin’ Country and another three with a
local band. She is delighted to return to the stage in this production of Dracula.
Pamela Harold [Lucy] is a single mother of two beautiful girls, Jordan and
Kayla, and is a Financial Analyst for Intl. Paper. For excitement she plays sports,
works out, frolics at the beach, and dabbles in theater. She was the “Nun gone
bad” in the Dixie Swim Club, and had various parts, including road kill, in The
Bay, coming to theaters No.v 2012. Thanks Mom…I couldn’t do it without you!
Vincent Triana [Harker] is excited to be a part of another Swamp Fox Players
production after the success of his first play with the company; Barefoot in the
Park. Vincent graduated from Francis Marion University with a BA in Theatre
where he performed in numerous shows. Vincent has an uncanny love for acting and is excited to be a part of this cast and to bring this play to the stage for
the people of Georgetown.
Jeff Crowe [Seward] has been on stage since age 11. Community Theater and
part time acting has been his passion ever since. He was last seen on the Swamp
Fox Players stage in Luv 4 Sail and Broadways Best. “I love being a member of the
Swamp Fox Players. It allows me to explore my creative side, and is a fulfilling,
rewarding experience.”
Jody Watts [Dracula] is on the Swamp Fox Players stage for the first time. Jody
lives in Green Sea, SC with his wife Alissa and his sons Kai and Rylan. He has
degrees in music and theater and has spent most of his life working in his field
as a performer, mentor and teacher. He has performed throughout the United
States and internationally as an actor, conductor and vocalist.
Tom Newmister [Van Helsing] has been involved with SFP since 1999. He and
his wife, Darice have both served in various capacities with the theater. They
have been on stage, behind the scenes and volunteer as ushers. “I enjoy the people here at SFP and the patrons who support this theater. Without the efforts
of either group we would not enjoy the experiences afforded us by this venue.
Dracula is one more show and one more opportunity to entertain and to interact with the people who support the efforts of SFP.”

Who’s Who
Warren Umstead [Waiter] retired from DuPont where he was International
Marketing Manager in the Electronics Division. In his job he traveled extensively in Europe including one extended trip to Japan and Taiwan. In his college
days he performed on stage with the University Art and Music Department. He
and his family moved to Myrtle Beach in 1969. Since that time he has been involved with numerous community projects. He has been on the SFP stage many
times and really enjoys the theater involvement.
Sarah Lieser [Bride of Dracula 1] new to the stage and Georgetown. This Minnesota native plays her first role in theater for the Swamp Fox Players. When not
on the stage, you can find her enjoying the ocean, kayaking or volunteering with
the Smith Medical Clinic.
Elizabeth Love [Bride of Dracula 2] new to the Swamp Fox Players and theater.
Liz brings to the stage a energy and style that plays well as one of the vixens. Liz
is from Myrtle Beach and works in radio at WVCO 949 the Surf.
Lee Ford [Attendant] first took to the stage in Luv 4 Sail and followed up with
his performance as Harry Pepper in Barefoot in the Park. Born and raised in
Georgetown, Lee’s always had an interest in the arts, and he hopes to remain on
the forefront of the stage and also learn the backstage secrets to creating a successful production. Many thanks to all the family and friends who’ve supported
him on his way to the stage.
Stephen Stewart [Attendant] has been interested in the theatre since the third
grade with his first performance of The Best Little Christmas Pageant Ever, here
on the SFP stage. He is an active member in the Waccamaw High Acting Troupe
where he is a senior. He plans on getting a minor in the Theatricals Arts.
Suzanne Harris [Maid] retired to Pawleys in 2009 and begun her next career,
one of the many volunteers which enable our community to be rich in service to others. SFP became one of her favorite nonprofits, so when she was
tapped to step onto the stage she was honored but felt out of her comfort zone.
“What a pleasure it has been!” “Thank you to all the talented people I have
been blessed to work with in several SFP productions.” “Hopefully everyone
will continue to be patient with my huge learning curve! Sometimes the best
things in life come late.”

Our season ticket prices have not increased in several years. There are several advantages
to having a season ticket. One advantage is each ticket is $12.50 and the second is you
receive a notice of the upcoming play three (3) weeks prior to opening. Remember by
making your reservation in a timely manner we are better able to seat you in the area
you desire. Reservations are taken in the order in which they are received.
