Different types of bricks can be combined to create individual surfaces and colour shades. What makes these slips so new and different? Despite their rustic texture Feldhaus | sintra brick slips are not cut brick in the usual way from the whole, but are produced individually as thin slips. Specially selected clays are used and fired at 1.100 C°. As a result, they are extremely dense with a water absorption rate of only 2 to 6 per cent compared to common hand-mould bricks.
