Since 1977, SICES Srl designs and manufactures Electronic Devices and Electric Control Panels for the management
of Gensets by any producer and brand.

With technologic pioneering, SICES started developing the first micro-processed Control Devices in the early ‘80s,
becoming one of the first players for the high standard in quality, reliability and innovation, both in the control and
management of gensets.

SICES also offers an electric plant service engineering for the domestic/industrial distribution.

When the load is supplied by several gensets connected on a bus and working in parallel, we talk about SYNCHRO/
PARALLEL applications.
For example big factories, hospitals, datacentre need more than one genset able to supply the load in case of mains
failure.
Additionally, in case of desert plants where the Mains is not available, It’s required the power of several gensets in
order to supply the load.
SICES Srl provides different types of Genset controllers able to monitor up to 24 gensets connected on the same bus
and able to control all the operations for the synchronization and load sharing and management.
In addition SICES Srl offers powerful control solutions for CHP stations including gas, biogas, biofuel gensets
connected to the Grid.

Entry level Synchro/Parallel controller perfect for rental
gensets too.
GC400 is well recommended in case of Multiple Prime
Mover or Multiple Stand-By power stations. In this last
case, an external logic (i.e. ATS115) is required for the
detection of the mains failure and the signal of start/stop to
the stand-by gensets.
GC400Mains is the perfect solution for the Short Time
Parallel applications where it’s necessary to avoid any lack
of voltage during the reverse synchronization.
GC400Link is a special version including a powerful modem
GSM/GPRS for a remote connection.

In case of complex stations like Oil&Gas plants, it’s
necessary to provide some additional and specific
protections to those ones already included into the
genset controller.
D-PRO is studied in combination with DST4602 or
DST4602Evolution controllers.
The device has been designed to be placed inside a
control
panel
and,
through
the
different
communication tools, the information can be shared
with DST4602/DST4602Evolution, increasing their
performances.

Remote
Remote controller usually recommended in
case of a remote control room where it’s
necessary a supervision of the genset from a
remote station.
DST4602Remote can be interfaced with:

Thanks to this controller it’s possible to
visualize the measures, parameters and status
of a local DST4602, as the Operator is in front
of the local controller.
DST4602Remote is equipped with a powerful 7’’
colour graphic display TFT - 800x480 pixel.
Coloured touch panel which allows a powerful
visualization of all the measures and status of
the plant.
In case of CHP Plants, it’s possible to
customize the graphic, showing the thermic
equipment of the circuit.
DST4602 / DST4602Evolution are interfaced with
D-MONITOR via RS485 or Via Ethernet

It’s a software by means it’s possible to monitor, reset, and even program the controller from any remote place.
It is a configurable tool able to display the single line diagram of the plant.
In addition, by means different password levels, it’s possible to start and stop the genset.
Using this powerful SCADA it’s possible to monitor in real time different plants in just one screen.
 SI.MO.NE (Sices Monitor Network)
Web based software for remote control of gensets using GPRS/GPS technology and/or Ethernet interface.
It’s particularly useful for rental gensets due to it’s possible to know and to be advised in case of events (alarm,
shut-down, change of status) or in case of the genset is moved from the set position.
Real time communication system for effective and reliable control.
SI.MO.NE. allows to contemporary control many gensets displayed in one screen shot.
