Nel nostro ufficio R&D di Travagliato lavora uno staff dalla
filosofia progettuale ben precisa, che punta a ristabilire
l’equilibrio tra design, concetto e funzionalità.
Nel reparto produttivo, acciaio ed alluminio sono realizzati
da personale altamente specializzato con processi di
lavorazione di grande precisione che rappresentano da 50 anni
questa realtà produttiva.

to a strictly-defined design philosophy aimed at restoring the
balance between design, concept and functionality.

Struttura realizzata interamente con profilati di lega leggera anodizzata. Composto da
montanti verticali laterali perforati, con interasse verticale di mm. 68, per il posizionamento
a piacere delle guide porta contenitori e/o dei supporti porta ripiani.
Due sono le dimensioni standardizzate dei montanti verticali: da 600 mm (deposito ed
asportazione del contenitore sul lato da 400 mm) da 400 mm (deposito ed asportazione
del contenitore sul lato da 600 mm).
I montanti verticali sono provvisti di piedini regolabili nella parte terminale inferiore.
Il collegamento dei montanti verticali a mezzo dei set distanziatori, permettono la formazione
a piacere, di scaffalature di lunghezza desiderata, composta damoduli differenti secondo
necessità.
Structure realised completely with anodised light alloy profiles. Composed of vertical
perforated lateral posts with centres mm 68 distance for positioning of guides and/or shelve
placement as required.
Two standardized vertical post sizes from 600mm (side basket storage and removal for 400
mm) from 400 mm (side basket storage and removal for 600 mm).
The vertical posts on lower terminal part are provided with adjustable pins for height.
Vertical post connection for all shelving requirements.
Struktur komplett aus eloxierten Leichtmetall-Profilen. Bestehend aus perforierten
senkrechten Pfosten, mit einem Abstand von 68 mm, zur gewünschten Behälter/Fächer
Positionierung.
Serienausstattung mit zwei Pfosten-Abmessungen: 600 mm (Lagerung und Entfernung der
Behälter auf der 400 mm Seite) und 400 mm (Lagerung und Entfernung der Behälter auf
der 600 mm Seite).
Die Pfosten sind ausgestattet mit regulierbaren Füßchen. Die Verbindungen der Pfosten
erhält man mittels Abstand-Sets. Sie erlauben die Regalaufstellung in der gewünschten
Länge, bestehend aus verschiedenen Modulen wie sie für notwendig gehalten werden.

Structure entièrement réalisée en profilés d’alliage léger anodisés. Composé de montants
verticaux latéraux perforés, avec entraxe verticale de 68 mm, permettant de positionner
des guides porte-bacs et/ou des supports porte-étagères.
Deux dimensions de montants verticaux sont possibles soit de 600 (dépôt et enlèvement
du bac sur le côté de 400) ou soit de 400 (dépôt et enlèvement du bac sur le côté de 600).
Les montants verticaux sont équipés de vérins à hauteur réglable. Les montants sont
renforcés par des sets d’espacement (vendu en kit) permettant la juxtaposition à volonté
de rayonnage.
Estructura completamente realizada con perfiles de aleación ligera anodizada. Compuesta
por montantes verticales laterales perforados, con un espacio entre estantes de 68 mm.
Existen dos posibilidades a la hora de colocar los cestos; por el lado de 600 mm o por el
lado de 400 mm.
La estructura dispone de niveladores regulables. Las conexiones entre los montantes
verticales se realiza con sets de interespacios, que permiten la formación de estantes del
largo deseado, compuesto por diferentes módulos según necesidades.

Struttura realizzata interamente con lamiera di lega leggera anodizzata, integrata con
tubolari e profilati in lega leggera. Corpo del carrello formato da un unico pezzo di lamiera
senza giunzioni. Sistema brevettato di ripiegatura dei bordi all’esterno del vano, con cerniere
delle porte che insistono, in fase di chiusura, su guarnizione integrata nella struttura stessa.
Cerniere continue verticali lungo tutta l’altezza dell’armadio. Robusto chassy di base
antitorsione in tubolari rettangolari di acciaio zincato, contornato da rigido paraurti in lega
leggera con profilo in PVC integrato. Porte apribili a 270° con magnete per il bloccaggio
nella posizione aperta. La chiusura delle porte è garantita da due semiaste verticali in
acciaio inox, con bloccaggio superiore ed inferiore. Maniglie di spinta orizzontali. Ruote in
gomma grigia antitraccia con gabbia a rulli inox di serie. Il vano interno è attrezzato con
pannelli verticali formati da guide orizzontali di scorrimento (interasse 114 mm) in nylon
fibra di vetro che alloggiano in profili verticali di lega leggera. L’intero pannello di guide,
può essere asportato con estrema facilità, per la pulizia ed il lavaggio interno del carrello.

of the trolley. Rugged chassis torsion stress resistant,made of rectangular galvanised steel
tubes, with a rigid bumper in light alloy profile with integrated PVC. Doors openig to 270°
with magnetic disposable blocking system during open position. Door closing guaranteed
by two vertical stainless steel half rods, with blocking system at both ends. Horizontal
push handles. Wheels in full grey anti-mark rubber with stainless steel cage roller. Interior
compartment is equipped with vertical panels with horizontal shifting guides in nylon fibre

mit senkrechten Abteilungen für den Einsatz von Kunststoffmodulen der Größe 600 x 400
mm ausgestattet. (Senkrechter Abstand zwischen der Führungen 114 mm). Die Abteilungen
können ganz einfach entfernt werden, um den Innenraum reinigen zu können.

assurée par deux tiges verticales en acier inox, permettant un blocage supérieur et inférieur.
Poignées de guidage horizontales fixées sur les deux petits côtés. Roues en caoutchouc
pleines coloris gris, anti-trace avec cage à rouleaux inox de série. L’intérieur de l’armoire est
équipé de panneaux verticaux en aluminium sur lesquelles sont fixés guides horizontaux
(espace entre chaque guide: 114 mm) en nylon fibre de verre. Une fois rempli, le panneau
de guides peut être sorti de l’armoire facilitant le nettoyage des guides et de l’armoire.

apertura. El cierre de las puertas está garantizado gracias a dos varillas en acero inoxidable
con bloqueo superior e inferior. Estantes fuertemente asentados sobre soportes de nylon,
aunque se pueden voltear y extraer. Empujadores horizontales fijados a ambos lados del
carro. Ruedas antihuellas de goma gris con antihilos en acero inoxidable. El espacio interior
del carro está equipado con compartimentos verticales con guias para los cestos en fibra
de vidrio. El espacio vertical entre cada guia es de 114 mm. El sistema de guías puede
extraerse completamente para la fácil impieza del interior del carro.

lato lungo posteriore e sul fondo. Sul lato lungo anteriore
sono realizzati 2-3-4 vani indipendenti, all’interno dei
quali alloggiano i contenitori. Ogni posto può accogliere
un contenitore da 50 lt (articolo non compreso descritto
a parte). L’apertura della bocca del contenitore avviene
mediante una leggera pressione sul pedale e/o tramite
la maniglia posta nella parte superiore. La sostituzione dei contenitori avviene dalla parte posteriore del carrello.

In generale e conseguentemente al modello scelto, il telaio di base è realizzato con robusti
tubolari d’acciaio inossidabile AISI 304 (1.4301) opportunamente rinforzati e saldati con
procedimento MIG e TIG.
Le ruote sono il più delle volte del tipo girevole ma con blocco direzionale automatico, in cui
la spinta laterale del carrello permette lo sblocco delle ruote ed il conseguente spostamento
in tutte le direzioni.
Il carrello viene dotato di opportuni lettori magnetici/transponder/barcode, in funzione della
tecnologia utilizzata dal sistema di guida automatico.
Tutta la struttura viene progettata e costruita con materiali e configurazioni idonee al

Las ruedas giratorias tienen un sistema de bloqueo direccional automático; una simple
presión lateral permite desbloquear las ruedas y consecuentemente, mover el carro en

barras, en función de la tecnología utilizada por el sistema automótico.
