Sehr geehrter Sunseeker Eigner / Dear Sunseeker Owner,
wir freuen uns, auch im Jahr 2012 wieder für Sie da zu sein. Und beginnen gleich mit einem Jubiläum: 40 Jahre Sunseeker
Germany! 1972 gründete Axel Krick das „Bootscenter Krick“ in Bad Oeynhausen an der Weser. Die Wassersport-Industrie
war damals eine schnell wachsende Branche und so konnte sich das Unternehmen binnen kürzester Zeit am Markt etablieren.
Bald bekam Krick Kontakt mit Robert Braithwaite - dem Gründer und Eigentümer von Sunseeker International - und erwarb
auf der Messe in London seine erste Sunseeker Yacht. Mit Trailer und dem Modell „Sovereign 17“ präsentierte sich Krick auf
der Düsseldorfer Messe, um dort seine erste Sunseeker zu verkaufen. Und exakt vor zwei Jahren wurde in Southampton die
Sunseeker Predator 130 ausgestellt, die genau diesen Bootstyp komplett restauriert als Tender in der Garage stehen hatte.
Welch beeindruckende Entwicklung dieses ehemals kleine Familienunternehmen in den letzten 40 Jahren erreicht hat. Wo
Sunseeker Germany heute steht, haben wir Ihnen, unseren Kunden, zu verdanken. Und Ihrem Vertrauen und der stetigen
Begeisterung für unsere Produkte über diesen langen Zeitraum. Dafür möchten wir uns bei Ihnen sehr herzlich bedanken. Ein
Unternehmen ist aber natürlich auch nur so gut wie seine Mitarbeiter. Daher möchte ich an dieser Stelle auch den unermüdlichen Einsatz und das permanente Streben unserer Mitarbeiter nach Exzellenz und perfektem Service würdigen. Voller Elan

40 th Anniversary / 1972 - 2012
We are looking forward to bringing you our services again in 2012. And we start off with an anniversary: 40 years of
Sunseeker Germany! In 1972, Axel Krick founded the „Bootscenter Krick“ [Boat Center Krick] in Bad Oeynhausen by the river
Weser. Back then, the water sports industry was growing rapidly and our company was able to establish itself in the market
within a very short time. Mr. Krick soon came in contact with Robert Braithwaite - the founder and owner of Sunseeker International - and purchased his first Sunseeker yacht at the boat show in London. Krick presented himself with a trailer and the
„Sovereign 17“ model at the Düsseldorf boat show to sell his first Sunseeker there. And exactly two years ago the Sunseeker
Predator 130 was exhibited in Southampton, which had exactly this type of boat completely restored as a tender in its garage.
What an impressive development this former small family business has gone through in the last 40 years. Sunseeker Germany
owes its position today to you, the customer - and your trust and constant enthusiasm for our products over this long period
of time. For this we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude. Of course, a company can only be as good as its employees.
For this reason we would like to express our gratitude for our employees‘ tireless efforts and steady pursuit of excellence and
perfect service. We thus start our activities full of zest and are especially looking forward to welcoming you to the “boot“
in Düsseldorf in order to show you our new highlights, such as the 3-engine Portofino 48 and the two German premieres,

The new Sunseeker Predator 53
World premiere at the London International Boat Show from 6 to 15 January 2012
Launching in January 2012, the Predator 53 will add even more performance to the 50 feet range. The craft continues
the line at a new entry level, borrowing from the Manhattan 53 but with a sleeker sporting profile.
The interior is alike her flybridge sister Manhattan 53, except for the new saloon sky-view, and with the same main deck
and aft cockpit sharing the option of wrap-around seating and tabling in front of the sunpad, or a bigger sunpad without
the dining arrangement. A large glass sliding door leads to the elegant saloon, which is located on the main deck, followed by the stairways next to the helm station down to the lower deck. There is a galley, two guest cabins and a midships
master suite, with large panoramic windows providing a maximization of natural light entry.
Fittings and equipment throughout reflect the Sunseeker high standards approach with the adoption only of first class
materials and technologies, from top brand galley appliances through to navigation aids spanning GPS, chart plotter
and radar. The use of a modern carbon hardtop, the optional aft crew cabin and the choice of IPS or shaft drives make
this boat a clear winner in her class. And the teak planked hydraulic aft platform which comes as standard may sport a
nippier tender or jetbike for thrills, too.

Weltpremiere auf der London International Boat Show vom 6. bis 15. Januar 2012
Mit der Weltpremiere der Predator 53 im Januar 2012 wird zukünftig noch mehr Performance im 50-Fuß-Bereich angeboten. Das neue Einstiegsmodell basiert auf dem Layout der Manhattan 53, zeichnet sich aber durch eine schlankere,
sportliche Linienführung aus.
Mit Ausnahme des Sonnendachs im Salon gleicht das Interieur dem der Flybridge-Schwester. Gemeinsamkeiten finden
sich auch im Cockpit wieder. Hier besteht die Möglichkeit, eine u-förmige Sitzgruppe mit Esstisch oder die Option mit erweiterter Sonnenliegefläche zu integrieren. Eine große Glasschiebetür bildet den Eingang zum eleganten Salon, der sich
auf dem Hauptdeck befindet. Der Niedergang neben dem Steuerstand führt in das untere Wohndeck, ausgestattet mit
Galley, zwei Gästekabinen und einer mittschiffs gelegenen Eignerkabine, deren große Panoramafenster für maximalen
Einfall natürlichen Lichts sorgen.

The new Sunseeker 28 Meter Yacht
World premiere at the London International Boat Show from 6 to 15 January 2012
Offering more plentiful headroom and hull-side storage than on most craft of this size, courtesy of increased volume of
the new hull type, the new 28 Meter Yacht is reaching new heights in the design.
The center of this masterpiece will be the vast saloon, with its revolutionary use of space incorporating full height and
wrap around glazing, giving the main deck accommodation a unique total transparency for panoramic views and an
extraordinary bright interior.
There is the option also of starboard saloon patio doors and bulwark balcony. The galley is located on the main deck, too,
with dining arrangements for up to eight people. With a range of cabins plans, this yacht allows for adaption to suit client
needs. Four cozy cabins sleep up to eight guests, all of which are offering big windows and en suite bathrooms. Access
to the crew quarters for up to four, with own mess area is via a transom doorway.

Other external social areas on the foredeck have also been innovated with two new sunpads and group seating formats,
and on the now lengthened flybridge a wider scope of furnishing options from spa pools and seated bars and BBQs.
Further options on the upper deck include a crane for a tender or jetski and a hardtop with an electric canopy.

Conceptual Design – Final design is subject to change
Small yet fine: Due to start full production in 2012 for world debuts at the Cannes and Southampton Boat Shows, the
Portofino 40 is bound to be one of the best models among the Sunseeker newcomers.
Her vast cockpit offers a hardtop, u-shaped seating and a table for dining complimented by a large extendable aft
bathing area. The well positioned helm console offers great visibility and comfort, with spacious companion seating to
portside. And the large bow sunpad provides a great place for sunbathing.
Stepping down to the lower deck, you are greeted by the beautifully set galley and saloon combination. The large
forward VIP cabin with ensuite offers plenty of cupboard and storage space that is perfect for extended trips. A further
guest cabin makes full use of the Portofino’s 40 beam and length, providing large berths and headroom which is often
lacking on similar vessels of her size.

Successful world premiere ensures positive order situation for 2012
The last three months have been dominated by our strong presence at the international boat shows in Cannes, Southampton, Monaco, Genoa and Hamburg, presenting a large range of Sunseeker motoryachts to the public. Every boat
show has its own unique charm and focus, and it is not always the case that the geographically closest boat show will
have on display what you are looking for. For that reason our Sales team were present at all boat shows to assist with
any enquiries.
This year’s boat show highlight saw the world premiere of the new Manhattan 53, launched at Southampton, in conjunction with the dual Manhattan 53 launch at Cannes Show. To celebrate the world launch in Southampton, Sunseeker
International invited Formula 1 legend and well known brand ambassador Eddie Jordan who joined Sunseeker founder
Robert Braithwaite for the official launch ceremony and the cutting of the ribbon. Entertainment was also provided
throughout the day by an aesthetic performance from the “Divine Ribbon Dancers” and from the singer Ronan Parker,
known from the UK television show “Britain’s Got Talent” to mark the launch of the stunning new model. With an impressive
number of 18 yachts on display, Sunseeker proved to be the largest exhibitor of the Southampton Boat Show.
The premiere of the new Manhattan 53 was received extremely well both at Cannes and Southampton shows, with positive comments from clients and press who praised the newcomer to the range of flybridge yachts heavily for its space,
volume and versatility. Following a great response from the public, we excitedly look forward to the German debut of the
Manhattan 53 at the upcoming „boot“ in Dusseldorf, which will run from 21 to 29 January 2012.
The Hamburg Boat Show „hanseboot“, our last show of the year, provided a successful ending to this year’s autumn boat
show season. Sunseeker Germany attended the show displaying an elegant information booth, which was complimented
with a Sunseeker branded reception desk and hospitality area. As a German premiere, we showcased the Manhattan
63 on the water in Hamburg’s Sandtorhafen marina, surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the new HafenCity.
Guests enjoyed an exclusive VIP shuttle service provided by Range Rover from the Fair Site to the Sandtorhafen to view
the Manhattan 63.
Torsten Sieckmann, CEO of Sunseeker Germany commented, „This year’s boat show season turned out to be better
than expected. Despite decreased footfall figures in comparison to previous years, the quality of the negotiations held
throughout the shows was very positive. The strong appearance of our customers and prospects provides further evidence of the excellent quality of our work. With an increased number of genuine enquiries and confirmed orders, in particular for the range of flybridge yachts including the new Manhattan 53, which was very well received by our customers,
it is highly likely that the order situation for 2012 will be positive.”

Internationaler Messerückblick 2011
Erfolgreiche Weltpremiere sorgt für gelungenen Abschluss
Die letzten drei Monate standen bei uns ganz im Zeichen der internationalen Messesaison. So präsentierte Sunseeker
seine vielfältige Produktpalette dem Publikum auf dem Messeparkett in Cannes, Southampton, Monaco, Genua und
Hamburg. Dabei hat jede Boat Show ihren eigenen Charme und Anspruch und nicht immer wird das Objekt der Begierde bei der geografisch nächstliegenden Messe ausgestellt. Ein Grund für unser Vertriebsteam, auf allen Shows präsent
zu sein.
Das Highlight der Messesaison 2011: Die Neuvorstellung der Manhattan 53, die in Cannes und zeitgleich in Southampton eine erfolgreiche Weltpremiere feierte. Im Rahmen der offiziellen Eröffnungszeremonie auf der Southampton
Boat Show begrüßte die Werft Markenbotschafter und Formel 1-Legende Eddie Jordan, der gemeinsam mit Sunseeker
Gründer Robert Braithwaite das Band durchschnitt. Abgerundet wurde die Premierenfeier von einer ästhetischen Tanzvorführung der „Divine Ribbon Dancers“ und einem Auftritt des Sängers Ronan Parke, bekannt aus der UK-Show “Britain’s
Got Talent“. Die beeindruckende Anzahl von 18 Exponaten machte Sunseeker zum größten Aussteller der Southampton
Boat Show.
Sowohl an der Côte d’Azur als auch am Ärmelkanal stieß die Premiere der Manhattan 53 auf gewaltiges Interesse bei
Kunden und Journalisten. Gepriesen wurde der Neuzugang in der Flybridge-Range insbesondere für das großzügige
Raumangebot und die raffinierte Vielseitigkeit. Wenn diese positive Resonanz mal keine gute Ausgangsposition für die
kommende „boot“ in Düsseldorf vom 21. bis 29. Januar 2012 ist, wo die Manhattan 53 erstmalig dem deutschen Publikum
vorgestellt wird.
Mit der hanseboot in Hamburg, für Sunseeker Germany die letzte große Bootsmesse des Jahres, fand die diesjährige
Herbst-Messesaison einen gelungenen Abschluss. Vor der spektakulären Kulisse der HafenCity präsentierten wir als
Deutschlandpremiere die Manhattan 63 im Sandtorhafen, während die Messehalle B6 mit einem eleganten Informationsstand in neuem Design aufwartete. Für unsere Gäste stand für die Fahrt vom Messestand zum Sandtorhafen zur
Besichtigung der Manhattan 63 ein exklusiver VIP-Shuttle von Range Rover zur Verfügung.
Torsten Sieckmann, CEO bei Sunseeker Germany zieht folgendes Resümee: „Für uns verlief die Messesaison 2011 besser als erwartet. Es waren zwar etwas weniger Besucher vor Ort, dafür hat die Qualität der Gespräche überzeugt. Die

Boot Düsseldorf is the world‘s largest indoor yacht and watersports trade fair. Offering a platform of 220,000 square
meters, more than 1,600 exhibitors from more than 50 countries will be premiering their latest highlights, maritime products and services to the yacht enthusiasts at the 43rd International Boat Show in Düsseldorf, which will run from 21to 29
January 2012. As every year, the latest highlights of the luxury yachts world can be viewed in hall 6.
Sunseeker Germany at boot 2012
It has already become a tradition that Sunseeker Germany will be showcasing its latest yacht models at boot 2012 in
hall 6 on stand B61, in a very exclusive and comfortable atmosphere. As a worldwide leading luxury yacht manufacturer,
Sunseeker is sure to define the absolute top standard in its segment again, with five yachts on display showing the most
modern design, technical innovations and very stylish interior fittings.
Sunseeker will be the largest exhibitor of this year’s show again, incorporating an exciting stand of 1,800 square meters.
The range of boats on display will include a total of five Sunseeker yachts, including two German debuts; the German
premiere of the Manhattan 73, the Predator 64, the Manhattan 63, the German premiere of the Manhattan 53 and
the sports cruiser Portofino 48. All visitors can look forward to an interesting overview of the Sunseeker range and a

German debut: The Sunseeker Manhattan 53
Following the world premiere at the Southampton Boat Show 2011, Sunseeker Germany is delighted to present the
Manhattan 53 for the first time to a German audience at boot 2012.
This elegant flybridge yacht has already become famous, due to her nomination for the „European Powerboat of the
Year Award 2012“.
The Manhattan 53 is the latest addition to the Sunseeker range of flybridge yachts and is impressive with her versatility.
At a length of 18.35 m and width of 4.70 m, the yacht fulfills the highest demands of the clientele, providing plenty of

Smoking in slow-motion: Sunseeker Germany Adria sponsored Cigar Championships
During the 2nd International Cigar Smoking Championship in Split, Croatia, Sunseeker Germany Adria hosted a very
pleasurable client event in September where not only cigar aficionados were welcome. With 70 guests in attendance, focus of the event which took place over two days was on experiencing enjoyment factors
such as cuisine, degustation and yachting. Prior to the Championship clients not only had the opportunity to enjoy the art
of jazz music and culinary delights within the luxurious Villa Matic of Split, but they were also offered an exquisite tasting
of cognacs and cigars held in the historic castle & hotel Martinis-Marchi on the island of Solta. The hide-away provided
the perfect setting for this high-class program, organised by the Cigar Club Mareva under the direction of Marko Bilic.
So what could be better than offering the perfect shuttle onboard a Sunseeker Predator 68 and Predator 84? On the evening of 17 September 2011, the official Cigar Smoking Championship took place in the Casino of Le Meridien
hotel in Split, with a Montecristo No. 4 being the centre of attention. Each of the 20 participants from Croatia, Montenegro, Russia, Estonia, Switzerland etc. smoked this top cigar. The rules allowed each participant 1 minute for preparation, 1
minute for lighting the cigar with only two matches and during the first 40 minutes the attendees were not allowed to ash
the cigar or they will receive a penalty time. The winner Marin Roncevic from Split succeeded in smoking his Montecristo
No. 4 with a record-breaking time of 1 hour and 46 minutes. After the championship, a gala dinner was held, followed by a charity fundraiser to benefit a local centre for children
with special needs.

GenieSSen in vollen Zügen: Sunseeker Germany Adria sponserte Zigarren-Weltmeisterschaft
Im Rahmen der 2. Zigarren-Weltmeisterschaft in Split, Kroatien, lud Sunseeker Germany Adria Mitte September 2011 zu
einem besonders genussvollen Get-Together ein, bei dem nicht nur Zigarrenliebhaber auf ihre Kosten kamen.
Um die Genussfaktoren Kulinarik, Degustation und Yachting erlebbar zu machen, konnten sich rund 70 Gäste im Vorfeld
nicht nur der Jazzkunst und den Gaumenfreuden in der luxuriösen Villa Matic hingeben, sondern auch einer erlesenen
Cognac- und Zigarrenverkostung erfreuen. Das passende Ambiente für das gehobene Vergnügen fand der Ausrichter
Cigar Club Mareva unter Leitung von Marko Bilic im historischen Schlosshotel von Martinis-Marchi auf der Insel Solta.

Am 17. September hieß es dann „Genießen in vollen, oder besser langsamen Zügen“. Im Mittelpunkt: eine Montecristo
No. 4. Insgesamt 20 Teilnehmer aus Kroatien, Montenegro, Russland, Estland, der Schweiz etc. partizipierten an der
Weltmeisterschaft im Casino des Hotels Le Meridien Lav. In den ersten 60 Sekunden ging es darum, die Zigarre zu präparieren. Danach hatten die Teilnehmer weitere 60 Sekunden Zeit, ihre Zigarre mit den zwei vorliegenden Streichhölzern
anzuzünden. In den folgenden 40 Minuten durfte die Zigarre keine Asche verlieren; Verstöße wurden mit Zeitstrafen
belegt. Neuer Weltmeister wurde Marin Roncevic aus Split, der seine Montecristo No. 4 in einer rekordverdächtigen Zeit
von 1 Stunde und 46 Minuten rauchte.
Die Meisterschaft fand mit einem anschließenden Galadinner und einer Charity-Versteigerung für notdürftige Kinder
einer lokalen sozialen Einrichtung ihren gelungen Abschied.

Martinis-Marchi Marina erstrahlt in neuem Glanz
In einer der letzten BREEZE Ausgaben haben wir Ihnen das Martinis-Marchi Heritage Hotel & Restaurant vorgestellt, ein
luxuriöses Schlossanwesen in Maslinica auf der Adria-Insel Solta, Kroatien.
Nun ist die dazugehörige Marina fertig gestellt und bietet neben Rezeption, Sanitäranlage mit Duschen und Cafeteria
alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie von einer modernen Hafenanlage erwarten dürfen. Die Erweiterung schloss die Errichtung
eines 90 Meter langen Wellenbrechers ein, dessen Ein- und Ausfahrt ein Leuchtturm markiert. Die mit traditionellen Bausteinen neu erbaute Marina bietet Platz für 50 voll ausgestattete, sichere Liegeplätze für Schiffe mit einer Länge von bis
zu 30 Metern. Selbst größere Yachtformate können an der Außenseite des Wellenbrechers anlegen. Beim Betreten der
Anlage erwartet die Gäste eine perfekte Eventkulisse, inmitten einer schönen Parkanlage, was die Marina von Maslinica

The Martinis-Marchi quay shines with a new light
In one of our last BREEZE magazines we introduced you to the luxury Martinis-Marchi Heritage Hotel & Restaurant in
Maslinica on the Adriatic Island of Solta, Croatia.
Now the construction of the adjacent marina has been completed, providing a modern facility, with showers, reception and
a café. A breakwater of some 90 meters in length, with a lighthouse at the end, was built to mark the extension of 50 fully
equipped berth places. A new waterfront covered with traditional stones will offer a safe place for yachts measuring up to
30 meters, and even longer on the outside of the breakwater. Access to the quays is designed as a charming event arena
adored with a beautiful park, making Maslinica marina a bright star of the Adriatic. Please see also our article on page 24.

Champagne Reception in Albania
TIRANA, ALBANIA
Am 4. November 2011 lud Sunseeker Germany Adria zu einem Champagnerempfang in die albanische Hauptstadt
Tirana. Rund 50 ausgewählte Persönlichkeiten aus Politik und Wirtschaft nahmen die Gelegenheit wahr, in die Welt der
Sunseeker Motoryachten einzutauchen und etwas über die Philosophie der Marke zu erfahren. Schauplatz dessen war
eine wunderschöne Villa im Herzen Tiranas. Zum Champagner verwöhnten die Gastgeber Torsten Sieckmann (CEO,
Sunseeker Germany), Marko Toric (Managing Director, Sunseeker Germany Adria) und Uros Goles (Sales, Sunseeker
Germany Adria) die Anwesenden mit erlesenem Fingerfood. Organisiert wurde der Event von Visar Maliqui, verantwortlich für den Vertrieb in Albanien, Kosovo und Mazedonien.
Es war das erste Mal, dass Sunseeker in Albanien vorgestellt wurde. Auf Grund der hervorragenden geografischen Lage
ist die Eröffnung eines weiteren Sunseeker Germany Adria Büros nicht ausgeschlossen.

More than 50 selected representatives from industry and politics were invited to experience the Sunseeker range of products and learn more about the philosophy of the brand. A splendid villa located right in the heart of Tirana provided the
perfect venue for the event, organized by Visar Maliqui, who represents Sunseeker in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia.
Torsten Sieckmann (CEO, Sunseeker Germany), Marko Toric (Managing Director, Sunseeker Germany Adria) and Uros
Goles (Sales, Sunseeker Germany Adria) were also on hand to support the event and spoilt the guests with a glass of
champagne and exquisite canapés.
It was the first time ever the Sunseeker brand was promoted on the Albanian market. Its fantastic geographical location
offers the possibility to open a further Sunseeker Germany Adria office there.
New office in Split is now open

Seit August ist das neue Verkaufs- und Servicebüro in der Marina Lav, circa 20 Minuten außerhalb von Split, geöffnet.
Ab 2012 wird dort auch eine Charterabteilung ihren Sitz haben. Darüber hinaus ist Sunseeker Germany Adria in
Opatija (Marina Icici) und in Tribunj präsent. Pünktlich zur Saison 2012 wird im April ein weiteres Büro in der Marina
Frapa eröffnet. Pläne für eine Präsenz in Montenegro liegen ebenfalls vor.
This August saw the opening of the new sales and service office in the Marina Lav, a 20 minutes drive away from Split.
From 2012, a charter division will be based in the Marina Lav office as well. Sunseeker Germany Adria runs further
offices in Opatija (Marina Icici) and in Tribunj. Just in time for the new season 2012, a further office in the Marina Frapa

Am 10. und 11. September 2011 lud Sunseeker Germany zu einem Kundenevent anlässlich der Eröffnung des neuen
McLaren Showrooms in das Autohaus Kamps am Hamburger Flughafen.
Die zweitägige Veranstaltung bot den Fans die Möglichkeit, das neue McLaren MP4-12C Modell exklusiv zu besichtigen.
Schon heute zählt es zu den gefragtesten Automobilen im Sportwagen Premiumbereich. Weiterer Eye-Catcher in den
aufwändig gestalteten Räumen war der Original Formel 1 Weltmeisterschaftswagen von 1991, mit dem Ayrton Senna
seinen letzten WM Titel gewann.
Sunseeker Germany war als Kooperationspartner mit von der Partie und präsentierte einen kleinen Informationsstand,
gestaltet von führenden Designern aus unterschiedlichen Lifestyle-Bereichen, die sich wohltuend vom Gewohnten abheben. Die Gäste genossen die entspannte Atmosphäre und das edle Ambiente im Autohaus und wurden von kulinarischen
Köstlichkeiten und dem dazugehörigen Tropfen verwöhnt.
Aber auch der Charity-Gedanke kam bei diesem stilvollen Event nicht zu kurz. So war es den Partnern ebenso ein Anliegen, die Herzen der Gäste für die Arbeit eines Hamburger Kinderhospizes zu öffnen. Carlo von Tiedemann, der die
Einrichtung seit geraumer Zeit unterstützt, kam als Pate vorbei und konnte insgesamt gut 2.500 Euro einsammeln.
An event full of cars, culinary cuisine & charity
Sunseeker Germany at the McLaren Showroom Opening
Sunseeker Germany hosted an exclusive customer event in association with a local luxury car dealership in Hamburg, for
the opening of the new McLaren showroom from 10 to 11 September 2011.
Clients had the opportunity to view the stunning new MP 4-12C, which today is already one of the most demanding
premium sports cars. A further eye-catcher of the beautifully decorated venue was the original Formula 1 McLaren from
1991, driven by Ayrton Senna who won his last World Championship title with this racing car.
Sunseeker Germany embraced the two-day event incorporating a small information booth in association with leading local design companies covering different lifestyle areas that truly stand out from the crowd. Client feedback to the launch
was positive, with all guests enjoying culinary delicacies and fine wines in a relaxed atmosphere.
However, the cars and yachts were not the only focus; the center point of the high class event revolved around raising awareness for a deserving local children’s hospice. The result of the weekend was outstanding, with guests donating a fantastic
total sum of more than 2,500 Euros for the social institution. A famous German TV host attended this charity as a sponsor.

What a surprise at the end of the year: Sunseeker founder Robert Braithwaite in person presented a very special award
to Sunseeker Germany again in 2011 – the Sunseeker Gold Award. For the fifth year running, Sunseeker Germany has
been awarded with this high-ranking prize. From 2007 to 2009, Sunseeker Germany received the Silver Award, and in
2010 for the first time the Gold Award. Winning the Gold Award twice in a row is evidence that Sunseeker Germany
continue to strive to deliver only a first-class yacht service to their clients. „What a sensational success and great honour
for our professional and highly motivated team; we are very proud of it”, says Stefan Lohfink, Managing Director of

Es ist ein fantastischer Sommertag. Die Sunseeker Predator 60 liegt im türkisfarbenen Meer vor Mallorcas Naturstrand Es
Trenc. Die Stimmung an Bord könnte kaum besser sein. Der Eigner der Yacht, gleichzeitig Sunseeker Germany Kunde, hat
für diesen Tag etwas ganz Besonderes vorbereitet. Niemand ahnt etwas von der rührenden Idee, die er in Kooperation
mit der Event Agentur Mallorca Incentive Management, Inhaberin Christiane Freese, umgesetzt hat.
Das Geräusch eines Helikopters wird plötzlich lauter. Er steuert auf die Yacht zu. Direkt über ihr bleibt er in der Luft stehen.
Die Seitentür des Helis öffnet sich und die Gäste trauen ihren Augen kaum.
Ein großes Paket, ein Herz und 500 rote Rosen – alles hängt an einer extra angefertigten Seilkonstruktion. Sie wird vom
Pilotenteam zielsicher auf die Yacht herunter gelassen. Die Freude an Bord ist riesig und die Überraschung überaus gelungen: der Heiratsantrag des Eigners an seine zukünftige Frau. Sie ist überwältigt vor Glück und Rührung, und sagt sofort
Ja. An Bord wird daraufhin die ganze Nacht gefeiert – diese einzigartige Fahrt in den Hafen der Ehe.

What a fantastic summer day, with the Sunseeker Predator 60 lying in the turquoise crystal clear sea of Mallorca’s natural
beach Es Trenc. The atmosphere onboard could hardly be any better. The owner of the yacht who is also a customer of
Sunseeker Germany has prepared something really special for that day. Nobody has the slightest idea of his pending
plan, realized in collaboration with the event agency Mallorca Incentive Management, owned by Christiane Freese.
Suddenly the noise of a helicopter sounds and slowly gets louder. It is approaching the yacht and stops directly above
her. Then the helicopter’s side door opens and the guests could hardly believe their eyes when the pilot and team lower
a large present, a beautifully crafted heart containing an exquisite engagement ring with 500 red roses hanging on a
rope specially made for this occasion falls down to the yacht with perfect accuracy. The joy onboard is gigantic and
the surprise an overall success when he proposes. She is overwhelmed with joy and emotion and immediately says “yes”.
Afterwards, this exciting start into the harbor of marriage was celebrated all night long onboard the Predator 60.

Mallorca’s new superyacht PORT is the ideal base for discovering the Med’s treasures
Located on the Southwest coast of Mallorca, Port Adriano has become one of the Mediterranean’s main luxury leisure marinas, with 82 new berths for yachts and superyachts of up to 60/80m long, a technical area of over 10,000m² including
a 250-tonne travel-lift and a large new underground car park. Extension work, which began in 2007, is now in its final
stage and the first sites of the new leisure and shopping area have already seen the opening. Designed by star architect
Philippe Starck, the new shopping area in avant-garde style will include some international fashion and lifestyle brands such

Luxury Pirates Cruise 2011
With this year’s theme „Luxury Pirates Cruise“, the Sunseeker
Summer Cruise was once again a real success. A record-breaking number of 24 motoryachts enjoyed the flotilla of yachts
to the Balearic Islands, Formentera and Ibiza from 29 to 31
July 2011.
Amongst them, Ilka Schulz who participated in the cruise
together with a Sunseeker Germany customer aboard the
Sunseeker Manhattan 52 „Victorino“, and enthusiastically reports about these three exciting days:
„Just in time for the welcome evening at the Hotel Port Adriano
the wind ceased and the weather forecast promised to be a
great sunny weekend. After the steep ascent to the hotel, which felt like a height difference of 100m and presented a
real challenge for all feminine attendees concerning their shoes, guests got to know one another over cocktails on the
hotel’s terrace.
On Friday morning, after a detailed Captain’s Briefing, all skippers started their engines to depart from the marina of Port
Adriano. As soon as the helicopter appeared above us, the starting shot was given by VHF radio. With perfect accuracy,
the helicopter surrounded every yacht, approaching so closely you could almost hear them breathing, with the aim to
take the best possible shots and videos.
The ‚Beach Club Amante‘ in Cala Llonga was the first stop in Ibiza for a lunch break. So we anchored and used our
tenders to get ashore, which turned out to be difficult. The questions now for all women was not how to disembark as
elegantly as possible, but how to get ashore as dry as possible. Due to the quite open bay, the waves were distinctly noticeable and the rocky underground did not really facilitate to help get comfortably off the tender, this meant that nobody
arrived to the shore with dry feet. But the impressive sight of the Sunseeker yachts anchored in front of us compensated
for the issues with disembarkation, and we were rewarded with a huge delicious private barbecue. After our clothes were
dry again, we all went on board and set course for Formentera.

Die Sunseeker Summer Cruise, die in diesem Jahr unter dem
Motto „Luxury Pirates Cruise“ stand, war wieder ein voller Erfolg. Rekordverdächtige 24 Motoryachten genossen vom 29.
bis 31. Juli 2011 die gemeinsame Ausfahrt im Yachtkonvoi zu
den kleinen Balearen-Schwestern Formentera und Ibiza.

Germany Kunden die Ausfahrt auf der Sunseeker Manhattan
52 „Victorino“ begleitete und begeistert von den drei Tagen
auf See berichtet:
„Pünktlich zum Begrüßungsabend im Hotel Port Adriano legte
sich der Wind und die Wettervorhersage versprach ein tolles
sonniges Wochenende. Nach dem steilen ‚Aufstieg‘ zum Hotel – gefühlte 100 m Höhenunterschied – der für die weiblichen Seefahrer doch eine Herausforderung bezüglich Schuhwerk darstellte, lernte man beim Cocktailempfang auf der
Terrasse des Hotels die anderen Teilnehmer der 24 Yachten kennen.
Am Freitagmorgen wurden beim Captain‘s Briefing die letzten Details besprochen und dann hieß es Leinen los und Position vor dem Hafen von Port Adriano einnehmen. Sobald der bestellte Hubschrauber über uns kreiste, wurde über Funk
der Startschuss gegeben.
Akribisch umkreiste der Hubschrauber jedes einzelne Schiff und ging dabei fast auf Porträtabstand an die Schiffe heran,
um die besten Fotos und Videoaufnahmen machen zu können.
Der ‚Beach Club Amante‘ in Cala Llonga war die erste Station auf Ibiza. ‚Lunch Time‘ – ankern und Übersetzen per
Tender, Landung am steinigen Strand. Hier stellte sich für die Damen allerdings nicht mehr die Frage ‚Wie steige ich elegant aus, sondern wie komme ich möglichst trocken an Land‘, denn durch die recht offene Bucht waren die Wellen noch
deutlich spürbar und der felsige Untergrund erleichterte den Ausstieg auch nicht gerade. Trockenen Fußes kam jedenfalls
niemand an Land. Die gigantische Aussicht mit den Sunseeker Yachten vor Anker entschädigte für die Ausstiegsstrapazen.
Ein riesiger Grill war extra für uns aufgebaut und lud ein zum Schlemmen. Nachdem Kleider und Hosen wieder trocken
waren, hieß es ‚Alle Mann an Bord, Kurs Formentera‘.

Formentera is so close but yet so different. The landscape is beautiful,
with its long stretches of sandy beaches lapped by turquoise crystal
clear waters, and home to small original bars and restaurants, with
a little bit of hippie feeling in the air. Especially for sailors this island
is an attractive destination, this meant in other words, that we were
not alone. After a small scramble for everybody’s anchorage, we
enjoyed the time to discover the surroundings or to relax on the wonderful Tanga beach.
The day was perfectly rounded off with a pleasant dinner at the stylish restaurant ‘Juan y Andrea’ where we enjoyed a variety of freshly
caught fish accompanied by fine wines, whilst sitting barefoot in the sand. What a worthy conclusion to a fantastic day.
The next day started with a rich breakfast in the ‚Tiburon’ situated right on the beach, followed by the legendary photo
shoot of all participants wearing the popular Sunseeker shirt, this time designed in midnight-blue colour. Initially, the
photographer had a hard time to get the impressive group of people to fit into his lens view, given that there were dark
clouds appearing rapidly in the skies. But he managed to get the picture in his bag just in time before a strong hailstorm
attacked us with big cold stones. After all, the weather is a tricky one, and even the most weatherproof of clothing did not
save us this time from getting back on board with dry feet. But that did not matter; after all, we were on a Pirate’s cruise.
After we had stowed our wet clothes away, we anxiously awaited to receive the coordinates of the first destination of
the day to follow, which turned out to be the ‚Beach Club Cala Basse‘, a small quiet bay on the Western coast of Ibiza,
and towards the blue sky. Here, everybody had the opportunity to test one of the Seabobs provided on the beach or
just to enjoy the sun’s return.
Our anchorage to spend the night was communicated via VHF radio. ‚Silla des Bosc‘, located more southern within a quiet
bay with a small island, provided the great opportunity to view a Spanish wedding celebrated directly on the cliffs in the
sunset, thus offering a very romantic start to the evening.
The moment was just perfect, with being on this unique piece of land and holding a glass of champagne in our hands, only
improved by the stunning display of our yachts embedded in the bay with a beautiful sunset. A delicious breakfast buffet
followed by a last swim stop provided the perfect ending to the cruise, before the flotilla returned to Mallorca, with all
attendees already looking forward to the next year’s summer cruise.“

Formentera liegt so nah und ist doch ganz anders. Wunderschön die Natur mit türkisfarbenem, glasklarem Wasser,
schneeweißen langen Sandstränden, den kleinen ursprünglichen Bars und Restaurants am Strand und ein bisschen HippiFeeling in der Luft. Die Insel ist ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel, besonders bei Seglern und Motoryachten. Mit anderen Worten:
Wir waren nicht die Einzigen. Nach etwas Gerangel hatte jeder seinen Ankerplatz gefunden und Zeit, die Umgebung zu
erkunden oder am wundervollen Tanga-Strand zu relaxen.
Beim abendlichen Dinner im stylischen Restaurant „Juan y Andrea“ saß man barfuss im Sand, an langen hölzernen
Tischen und genoss den fangfrischen Fisch, der auf vielerlei Art geboten wurde. Die erlesenen Weine rundeten das Ganze ab – ein wirklich würdiger Abschluss eines wundervollen Tages.
Am nächsten Morgen, nach dem Frühstück im „Tiburon“ direkt am Strand, stand das legendäre Fotoshooting mit den
Sunseeker Shirts an, die diesmal in nachtblau designet waren. Die stattliche Truppe machte es dem Fotografen nicht ganz
einfach, alle Teilnehmer in sein Objektiv zu bekommen, zumal die Zeit drängte, denn am Himmel zogen dunkle Wolken
auf. Er schaffte es gerade noch rechtzeitig, das Foto in den Kasten zu bekommen, wir jedoch leider nicht rechtzeitig zurück an Bord zu kommen. Ein wilder Hagelschauer torpedierte uns regelrecht mit seinen großen kalten Körnern. Das mit
dem Wetter ist eben so eine Sache und da hilft einem auch nicht der Spruch ‚Es ist nur eine Frage der Kleidung‘, aber wir
waren ja schließlich auch auf Piratentour.
Nachdem die nassen Sachen verstaut waren, warteten wir gespannt auf die Koordinaten für unser nächstes Ziel: ‚Beach
Club Cala Basse‘. Eine kleine ruhige Bucht auf der westlichen Seite von Ibiza und in Richtung blauer Himmel. Jedermann
konnte am Strand die bereit gestellten Seabobs ausprobieren oder auch einfach nur die zurückgekehrte Sonne genießen.
Unser Nachtankerplatz wurde uns per Funk mittels Koordinaten mitgeteilt. ‚Silla des Bosc‘ lag etwas weiter südlich, in einer
ruhigen Bucht mit vorgelagerter Insel. Im Sonnenuntergang durften wir Zuschauer einer spanischen Hochzeit werden, die
direkt an den Klippen zelebriert wurde, wodurch unser Abend eine besonders romantische Einleitung erhielt.
Dieses wunderbare Fleckchen Erde auf dem wir uns nun befanden, das Gläschen Sekt in der Hand, unsere Yachten tief
unten in der Bucht eingetaucht im Sonnenuntergang – einfach perfekt. Nach dem Frühstück, ein letztes Bad im türkisfarbenen Meer, dann Kurs auf Mallorca. Ein wundervoller Tag neigte sich dem Ende zu und alle Sunseeker Teilnehmer
waren sich einig: ‘Wir freuen uns heute schon riesig auf den Törn im nächsten Jahr‘.“

With effect from January 2011, Sunseeker Germany has taken over the Distribution rights for the Eastern Mediterranean
Region, including Bulgaria, a country full of traditions, offering a coastline of 390 km along the Black Sea.
One thing is for sure: The Bulgarian coast nestled above Romania to the North and bordering on Turkey to the South is
very attractive to all watersports enthusiasts, with yacht marinas, moorings and perfect anchoring possibilities along the
entire coast. Some of the yachting hotspots include „The Mussels Farm“ and Varna in the North and St. Vlas, Nessebar
and Sozopol in the South.
Established in 1991, LZ yachting 1991 with head office in Varna is responsible for Sales and Service of Sunseeker motoryachts in Bulgaria and Romania. A total of 52 employees are focusing on sales of Sunseeker yachts, Wiliams Jet Tenders,
Seabob and smaller boats as Formula or Monterrey (LZ yachting Bulgaria). In addition to this, LZ yachting 1991 runs a
chain of six yacht shops for yacht equipment and accessories (LZ yacht shop) and is the official Service Partner for MAN,
Volvo Penta, Mercruiser and Weber (Yacht Service Bulgaria).
The sales figures look quite impressive, with a total of 18 yachts sold in the last five years, including a Sunseeker 80 yacht
signed just recently. The majority of customers are using their yachts within the Black Sea. However, it is often the case that
after one or two years they prefer to go to Turkey, Greece or Croatia.
With excellent marketing activities, for example the foundation of an exclusive Sunseeker Friends’ Club, which counts many
famous Bulgarian celebrities as members, or the annual sponsoring of the Miss Varna make LZ yachting 1991 one of the
major leaders in the yacht business in the region, and is strengthened by their attendance at the „Bulgaria Boat Show“
(May), “Romania Boat Show” (May), “Sofia Yacht Show” (April) and “Bucharest Boat Show” (February).

Küste. Reizvoll für Wassersportler ist die bulgarische Küste allemal, von der Nordgrenze mit Rumänien bis hinunter zur
Grenze zur Türkei. Sportboothäfen mit Anlegestellen und Uferbereiche mit Ankermöglichkeiten befinden sich entlang der
gesamten Küste. Zu den Yachting Hotspots zählen unter anderem „The Mussels Farm“ und Varna im Norden sowie St. Vlas,
Nessebar und Sozopol im Süden.
Zuständig für den Vertrieb und Service von Sunseeker Yachten in Bulgarien und Rumänien ist die 1991 gegründete LZ

Every day young dogs are being abandoned on Mallorca. The puppy‘s station „El Paraiso“ is a private initiative
near Santanyi and is caring for these puppies. In our finca, the puppies will feel at home until we have found a

Jacqueline ist von klein auf am Wasser aufgewachsen und saß bereits als Dreijährige
am Steuer einer Yacht. Seitdem ist sie schon
immer von Yachten fasziniert gewesen.
Bei Sunseeker Germany arbeitet Jacqueline
seit Juli 2010. Sie war gerade für ein Jahr
nach Barcelona gezogen, um dort ein Studium in Innenarchitektur/Design anzufangen.
From early childhood on, Jacqueline grew
up on the water. At the age of three, she was
already sat behind a wheel of a yacht, this
being the reason why she has always been
fascinated by motoryachts.
Jacqueline started working for Sunseeker
Germany in July of 2010. She had recently
moved to Barcelona for one year to begin
her university studies in interior design with
focus on yacht design when she looked for
an internship to gather her first work experience in the breaks between semesters. The

Already at Elementary School Marko realized he had a passion for boats and the
sea so he decided to focus his future career
on anything related to boats and the marine
industry.
After finishing the maritime college where
Marko learned the basic fundamentals of
naval rules and regulations, as well as law
enforcement and security, he packed his
bags and traveled the world as a sailor.

Da sie sich auf Yachtdesign spezialisieren wollte und für die Semesterferien ein Praktikumsplatz suchte, klang das Angebot bei
Sunseeker Germany auf Mallorca geradezu verlockend. Am
Ende gefiel es ihr so gut, dass Jacqueline ihr Studium abbrach
und dort geblieben ist.
Zu ihrem Verantwortungsbereich gehören Kundenservice, Liegeplatzverwaltung, Eventplanung, Organisation der Reinigung
der Yachten und Garantieabwicklungen. Darüber hinaus ist
Jacqueline Ansprechpartnerin für alle System- und ComputerProbleme sowie organisatorische Anfragen jeglicher Art.
„Ich liebe meine Arbeit, weil sie sehr abwechslungsreich ist. Zudem schätze ich das persönliche Verhältnis zu unseren Kunden.
Wir sind ein tolles eingespieltes Team und ich freue mich sehr,
für Sunseeker arbeiten zu dürfen“, sagt sie.
Insgesamt verbrachte Jacqueline nur fünf Jahre ihres Lebens in
Deutschland. Von den Auslandsaufenthalten – sie lebte u.a. in
Venlo (NL), Antwerpen, Knokke (B) und Barcelona – profitieren
insbesondere ihre Sprachkenntnisse: Sie spricht perfekt Spanisch und Englisch und sogar ein wenig Flämisch.

Her responsibilities include customer service, administration of
moorings, event planning, organization of yacht cleaning and
warranties. Moreover, she is the contact for any PC or system
issues and organizational enquiries of all kinds.
„I particularly like the variety of tasks and appreciate the good
relation to our customers. We are a great team and I am very
proud to work for such a premium brand as Sunseeker”, she
says.
In total, Jacqueline spent only five years of her life in Germany.
Due to her living such a long time abroad, which included stays
in Venlo (NL), Antwerp, Knokke (B) and Barcelona, her language skills benefit enormously, thus making her a fluent speaker
in Spanish and English. She even speaks a little bit of Flemish.
Now she can’t even imagine living without the sea around her.
“It is simply a dream to have the beach only 200m away from
the office and I often take advantage of it”.
Ein Wohnort ohne Meer? „Das kann ich mir nicht mehr vorstellen. Es ist einfach traumhaft, wenn man direkt vom Büro aus
200 m zum Strand laufen und ins Wasser springen kann“.
Nach seiner Rückkehr ins heimische Kroatien begann er zunächst eine Tätigkeit als Skipper. Diese Arbeit bot die perfekte
Gelegenheit, viele Leute aus der Yachtbranche kennenzulernen, zu denen er größtenteils noch heute eine lange und intensive Freundschaft hegt. Darauf ist Marko besonders stolz,
zumal der Freundeskreis ihm auch viele fremdsprachliche
Kenntnisse verschaffte. Ein Vorteil, der sich für den weiteren
Verlauf seiner Karriere als sehr nützlich erwies.
When he returned to his native Croatia he continued working
as a skipper, a perfect platform which provided him with the
great opportunity to meet and get to know a lot of people
from the yacht business. Still maintaining a great number of
friendships with many of them is something he is very proud of.
This network of friends has helped him to develop his foreign
language skills which proved to be very useful for his future
professional activities.
Der Startschuss als Bootsverkäufer wurde 2003 gegeben, als
der Tennis- und Skifan seine ersten Gebrauchtboote verkaufte.
Zwei Jahre später fing er bei dem damaligen Sunseeker Händler in Kroatien als Verkäufer an.
Marko who loves playing tennis and skiing in his spare time
started selling used motoryachts in 2003. He joined the then
Sunseeker distributor for Croatia in 2005 as a Salesmen, and
with the appointment of Sunseeker Germany in early 2011 to
be the official distribution partner for the Eastern Mediterranean Region, Marko has taken on the position of Managing
Director for the newly founded company Sunseeker Germany Adria, including countries as Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia
and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro and Albania. “Working for Sunseeker has always been an ambition of
mine” Marko comments, and his efforts to meet future challenges and maintain Sunseeker’s leading position in the area make
him one of the youngest Regional Managers of the Sunseeker
family.
Anfang 2011 wurde Sunseeker Germany zum offiziellen Vertriebspartner für die östliche Mittelmeerregion ernannt, was
gleichzeitig den Grundstein für die neu gegründete Sunseeker
Germany Adria legte. Seitdem leitet Marko dort als Managing Director die Märkte in Slowenien, Kroatien, Bosnien-Herzegowina, Mazedonien, Serbien, Montenegro und Albanien.
„Für Sunseeker zu arbeiten war schon immer meine große
Ambition. Mein Ziel ist es, alle zukünftigen Herausforderungen
perfekt zu meistern und Sunseekers führende Position auf dem
Markt zu sichern“, sagt Marko. Ein Grund dafür, dass er heute
zu einem der jüngsten Regionalmanager innerhalb der Sunseeker Familie zählt.

langer Zeit bin ich seit 38 Jahren im Vertrieb
tätig. In jungen Jahren bei einem Versicherungsbüro, danach mit Stationen bei Ford,

Except for a short break to serve the military a long time ago, I have been working in
Sales for 38 years, which included an insurance company when I was young, followed
by positions at Ford, VW - AUDI, BMW and

Faces behind sunseeker Germany
1997, als damaliger Mitbewerber und Nachbar von
Sunseeker Germany in Port Adriano, wurden die Kontakte
zu Sunseeker bereits gestellt. Auch nach meinem Umzug von
Mallorca nach Oberbayern, um dort die Marken Ferretti und
Pershing zu vermarkten, riss der Kontakt zu Sunseeker nie ab,
der durch die vielen Bootsmessen auch unvermeidbar war.
Meine heimliche Liebe zu Sunseeker wurde mit meinem
Wohnungswechsel nach Ost-Westfalen öffentlich. Dies geschah gleichzeitig mit der Eröffnung der neuen, futuristischen
Sunseeker Verkaufshalle in Bad Oeynhausen 2001. Diese
selbstgelegte Herausforderung war dann die richtige und einzige Entscheidung.
Drei Jahre später, zur Zeit des Firmenumzugs nach Hamburg
und zur Eröffnung des Verkaufsbüros in Neustadt an der Ostsee, war der Weg zurück nach Mallorca für mich nicht vorhersehbar, aber immer auf meinem großen Wunschzettel.
Ostern 2005 war es dann endlich soweit! Wieder Mallorca!
Zurück wo alles mit Booten und Yachten begann, nur dieses
Mal hatte ich einen großen Favoriten im Gepäck: „Sunseeker!“
Dieser Favorit mit dem Mallorca Sunseeker Team stellte sich
als wahrlicher Joker heraus und es sind nur noch wenige, an
einer Hand abzuzählende Yachten, die mir die runde Verkaufszahl 100 einbringt.
Hier auf Mallorca möchte ich noch einige Jahre meinem „Hobby“ nachgehen und jeden Tag dazu beitragen, diese wunderbaren, schönen Sunseeker Yachten an ihre Liebhaber zu verkaufen und diese Eigner in allen Fragen des Yachting betreuen
zu dürfen. Somit freue ich mich sehr darauf, auch in der Zukunft
weiterhin morgens unsere Türen in Port Adriano weit zu öffnen.
Privat, durch meine kubanische Frau inspiriert, liebe ich die karibische Leichtigkeit und vor allem die Musik. Somit erlebe ich
fast jeden Jahreswechsel in Havanna und entdecke ein Stück
mehr von dieser anderen, wunderbaren Insel. Dieser unglaubliche Unterschied der beiden Eilands und deren Menschen sind
für mich die Spannweite des Lebens und dessen Möglichkeiten!
Aber nein, die Marina Hemingway in Havanna ist noch lange
keine Option für einen weiteren Sunseeker Stützpunkt und ist
nicht mit unserem Philippe Starck - Port Adriano auf Mallorca
zu vergleichen. Somit komme ich auch nach dem nächsten Kuba-Aufenthalt zurück und freue mich schon auf meine zwölfte
„boot“ 2012 in Düsseldorf für Sunseeker Germany.
The contacts to Sunseeker were already made in 1997, when
I worked for a competitor next door to Sunseeker Germany
in Port Adriano. Even when I moved from Mallorca to Upper
Bavaria to work for Ferretti and Pershing contact was not broken off, which is not surprising considering all the boats shows.
My secret love of Sunseeker became public when I moved
to East Westphalia, in parallel with the opening of the new
futuristic Sunseeker head office in Bad Oeynhausen in 2001.
This self-challenge turned out to be the only and right decision.
Three years later, with the company’s move to Hamburg and
the opening of the sales office in Neustadt at the Baltic Sea,
my way back to Mallorca was not foreseeable, but always
at the top of my wish list. In spring 2005, the day had finally
arrived. Back to Mallorca, where it all began, relating boats
and yachts. However, this time I was taking along with me my
big favourite “Sunseeker”.
This favourite brand in my hands, along with working with the
Mallorca Sunseeker Team, was a real stroke of luck, with the
result being that there are only a few yachts left until I reach
the landmark number of 100 crafts sold.
Here on Mallorca, I wish to pursue my hobby for some years
to come, contributing every day to selling these beautiful Sunseeker yachts to their lovers and attending to our customers
with advice and support regarding yachting. Therefore, I look
forward to continuing to open our office doors every morning
in Port Adriano.
Inspired by my Cuban wife, I love the Caribbean easiness and
mainly the music. This is also the reason why I spend almost
every Christmas holiday in Havana, whilst discovering more
and more of this fantastic island every time we go there. The
incredible difference between the two islands and their people are for me a great source for inspirations and opportunities.
However, the marina Hemingway in Havana is far away from
being a further Sunseeker base and not comparable with
our Port Adriano with its new Phillipe Starck design. So don’t
worry, I will come back after my next holiday in Cuba and
already look forward to attending my twelfth “boot” in Dusseldorf in January 2012 on behalf of Sunseeker Germany.
