Voltage divider post insulators for indoor use
Anwendungsbereich
Teiler-Stützisolatoren ersetzen in luftisolierten Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen konventionelle Stützer und ermöglichen über ein Anzeigegerät eine kostengünstige Spannungsüberwachung in Feldern ohne Spannungswandler. Ihre mechanischen Eigenschaften
und Abmessungen entsprechen denen der konventionellen Stützer. Sie sind einsetzbar
bei Temperaturen von -25°C bis +90°C.
Aufbau
Innenraum-Teiler-Stützisolatoren sind aus Epoxidharz gegossen. Die Hauptabmessungen und die mechanischen Anforderungen entsprechen DIN 48136.
Prüfungen
Zusätzlich zu den Prüfungen für Stützisolatoren gemäss VDE 0441 Teil 3 sowie
IEC 60660-1999 werden folgende Stückprüfungen durchgeführt:
•฀Prüfung฀mit฀Bemessungs-,฀Steh-,฀Kurzzeit-,฀Wechselspannung
•฀Prüfung฀auf฀Teilentladungsfreiheit
•฀Kapazitätstest
Application
Indoor voltage divider post insulators are used as the high voltage capacitance for
the voltage divider of capacitance-coupled voltage indicating systems. The connection
dimensions and heights of the indoor voltage divider post insulators are the same as
those for standard post insulators. They are suitable for temperatures from -25°C
to +90°C.
Construction
Indoor voltage divider post insulators are cast of epoxy resin. The main dimensions
and mechanical requirements are in accordance with DIN 48136.
Tests
In addition to the tests applied to the standard post insulators according to
VDE 0441 part 3 resp. (1984), IEC 60660-1999, following routine tests are performed:
•฀Test฀with฀rated฀power฀frequency฀withstand฀voltage฀(dry)
•฀Partial฀discharge฀extinction฀voltage฀test
•฀Capacitance฀test.

Für die richtige Anzeige nach IEC-Norm werden die Kabel und die Indikatoren produktionsseitig vorgesehen.
Für HR-Systeme fragen Sie bitte nach Anzeige und Kabelkombinationen.
