STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
white rum is shaken with lime juice, sugar and fresh
strawberry purée to create this delicious twist on a
classic daiquiri.
JAPANESE SLIPPER
Jean-Paul Bourguignon created this elegant and
aesthetically impressive drink in 1984 at the famous
Mietta’s Restaurant in Melbourne. It combines Midori melon
liquor, Cointreau and lemon juice, served straight up in a
martini glass and garnished with a maraschino cherry.
Strawberry Shortcake
a popular fruit based cocktail blending fresh strawberry
purée, amaretto, strawberry liqueur, cream and milk.
Chambord Punch
this popular fruity little number is a mixture of Chambord
black raspberry liqueur and Midori, fused with cranberry
juice and a splash of pineapple.
BERRY LIGHT
fruity in taste but it still packs a punch with Stolichnaya
raspberry vodka and Malibu cut with cranberry and

this authentic Cuban recipe blends a mixture of fresh mint,

TOMMY’S MARGARITA
this simple twist of the classic was created by Julio Bermejo
of Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant in San Francisco. Shaken by
your bartender, tequila is mixed with lime juice and agave
