Mark a Student Complete in PearsonAccessNext
Important Information/Overview ofguide:
You will mark a student complete at the end of the last unit for a content area only if the student did not exit properly or if
a student did not complete all units and will not be returning to the test. Note: Please refer to the PearsonAccessNext User

Follow the steps below to mark a student complete
1. Log into
PearsonAccessNext
https://co.pearsonaccessnext.co
OR
PearsonAccessNext
Training site (for
Infrastructure Trial)
https://trng.pearsonaccessnext.co
2. Click on the PARCC
2014-2015 and locate
the PARCC Op Spring
PBA 2015 from the
dropdown.
3. Under Testin, select
Sessions

4. Type in the name of
the session you want
to find under Find
Sessions, then click
Search
Or, to view all sessions,
use the Search
dropdown arrow and
check the box to Show
all results
5. Check the box next to
the name of the
session
6. Click Go to Students in
Sessions
7. Confirm the session
has been selected by
clicking on the session
name
8. Check the box next to
the student name(s)
you want to mark
complete

9. Under Select Tasks,
check the box next to
Mark Student Tests
Complete, then click
Start
10. Enter a reason why
you are marking the
test complete (student
didn’t exit correctly or
student didn’t
complete test)
Check the box next to
the student name,
then click Mark
Complete
11. To return to the
session homepage,
click Exit Tasks
12. Confirm that the
Student Test Status
has changed to
Marked Complete
