Balaji Annual Event 2015
A Technical And Cultural Fiesta
Inauguration
Balaji Annual Event-2015 is an endeavor to provide a stage & opportunity for students. It’s an
attempt to not only celebrate a fruitful step but stands for students’ success as staircase of
achievements. Balaji Annual Event-2015 stands for the present scenario and its developed
growth as project exhibition, paper presentation and poster presentation. The collective efforts
have been experimented towards the problem of society with the aim to fulfill the needs as well
as comforts. Ideas were placed as 3P (Project, Paper & Poster) exhibition in front of society. It’s
stage where each budding engineer can demonstrate their creative ideas for the solutions of
problem which faced by society.

(a) To encourage the students potentials for global competitions.
(b) To share the thoughts and knowledge with present technology to Industry.
(c) To develop innovative skills as well as ideas through students exposure.
(d) To fulfill the current technologies demand.
(e) To provide the platform to demonstrate project for actual problem
(f) To provide the platform to demonstrate fine arts, performing arts and theatrical
(g) To celebrate Annual day and farewell to final year students
activities
It was 27th March 2015 when Balaji Engineering College and Balaji Institute of Engineering and
Technology (Jointly by Degree & Diploma) opened their doors for the event; the occasion was
Balaji Annual Event-2015 – the Technical and Culture Fiesta of Projects made by the students.
The inaugural function took place sharp at 4:00 o’clock as scheduled. , First of all briefly
welcomed all the invited guests especially to Shree Jitubhai Hirpara, the mayor,Junagadh
Municipal Corporation, who was the chief guest of the event. Below were the guests of honor
sitting on the dais.

Soon after the short speech about BALAJI parivar, anchor invited Dr.M.D. Amipara, the
Principal of Balaji Engineering College, for welcoming the guests as well as addressing the
audience. Taking this opportunity, Dr.M.D. Amipara, not only warmly welcomed the guests but
also shared his views on how under the shelter of Balaji, students present is taken care of and
nurtured.

It was an honor for Balaji parivar to have the guests of honor whose presence doubled the value
of entire event.
Apart from these guests, we have some well-known Academicians, Educationalists as well as
Industrialists whom we are feeling happy to mention over here.
Chief guests delivered an encouraging speech for our budding engineers and appreciated their
efforts to create innovative projects, creative thought as well as talent shown through posters.
They have given special appreciation to our extra talented singers, actors, musicians and many
more in the area of preserving our culture.
Sh Nileshbhai has given special emphasis on our academic achievements in GTU examination.
He talked on constantly and repeatedly outstanding academic performance in GTU
Finally, the event was concluded with vote of thanks offered by Mr Suresh Vaghasiya
(HOD/Electrical)
Function was ended with delicious food.

A Mega Cultural Fest
Celebration and merriment are the inseparable part of BALAJI parivar. How could it be possible
that the students miss an opportunity to Balaji Annual Event’15their talent on that occasion!
One after the other, events was being staged and the crowd was cheering it like anything
Students had taken part in different events like Dance (Group as well as Duet), Singing and
Drama. The cultural night was kept open for the students, faculty members and the visitors
having come there on Balaji Annual Event’15. The dance was full of spirit and energetic. That
was followed by a song sung by a degree student Mulachadani Laxaman who left the audience
stunned by his out-standing singing performance. Like this, all the performers’ one after the
other staged their performance with which our cultural evening of Balaji Annual Event ’15 came
successfully ended the day one.
