Eugene City Water Polo Club is hosting an outdoor tournament at Amazon Pool open to all teams.
Divisions:
18 & Under Boys
18 & Under Girls
16 & Under Boys
14 & Under Coed
When:
June 5th-7th, 2015 (Friday evening starting at 5:00pm, Saturday, & Sunday)
Where:
Amazon Pool, 2600 Hilyard Street, Eugene, Oregon
Fee:
$425 per team (Checks required. Payable to “Eugene City Water Polo Club”)
Mail entry and USA Water Polo Verified Rosters to:
Lisa Vertulfo, 1391 E. 22nd Avenue, Eugene, OR, 97403
Entry Deadline: Space is limited and entries are first-come, first-served. Payment is required to
reserve a spot. All entry forms are due with payment no later than May 15th, 2015.
USA Water Polo verified rosters should be emailed by May 15th to Lisa Vertulfo at
