2.) Create a student log in account
3.) Once you log in, you should have a welcome screen that appears below. Please select “receive
documents from universities”
4.) From the next screen, select “Connecticut, CT” from the list and “University of New Haven”
should be the first option that pops up
5.) Select the International Services Office from the list
6.) Fill in the information where you would like your package to be sent. You may then choose any
of the shipping options (however, we do recommend FedEx so that we can track as well as
you) and enter your credit card information.
7.) Please send us an e-mail once this is process is complete so that we can watch out for your
prepaid label. We will e-mail you once we stick your I-20 in the mail.
