 Zaphir is a Company belonging to the Aguirre Newman Group, specialised in the management of investment vehicles and real estate funds.
 It started activity in December, 2005 with the creation of its first real estate investment vehicle, Zaphir Retail Properties, focused on High Street premises in Spain and Portugal.
 Zaphir currently manages an investment volume of €712 million by means of four real estate investment vehicles in Spain, Portugal and Germany , in addition to a Private
Equity Real Estate fund of funds.
 Zaphir employs 29 professionals in its offices in Madrid and Berlin, with extensive experience within the real estate sector and capital markets.
