Access to Website
Personal Maersk Line Certificate
To access the secure products on the website, the users need a Maersk Line digital certificate which can be
obtained by registering on our website. Follow below steps to receive a new certificate:
Step 1: Submit registration
1. Go to http://my.maerskline.com and click on Register.

2. Complete and Submit the registration form
Registration Sent screen will be displayed, indicating that
your request has been forwarded to Maersk Line
Step 2: Download digital certificate
As soon as your request is approved, you will receive an
email with a link and a unique Pin code. Follow the given
steps to download your Digital Certificate.

Just hove to the right-top screen to access:
1. General account info; to access it move the cursor to your name to
view it.
Maersk Line ID = you certificate number
Customer ID= Your company’s Maersk Line account number

• Address Book

Units and Language settings

Shipment overview – you can change the preferred view for My
Shipments to Export or Import view.

Permission levels
•
Web B/L Agreement status for Original and Waybill. When marked “ok”,
your company receives marked B/L’s electronically.
Profile - gives access to:
•
Personal and company details
•
List of persons registered as contact for your company
Address Book - gives access to list of your partners, which are easy
accessible when providing booking or documentation details. Hovering in
the Type column offers you the option:

Delete - delete your partner details completely
•
Update - to manage additional roles for you partner (via update).

Shipment Overview – My Shipments
My Shipments – new website provides an enhanced overview of
the shipment information for all your shipments. All you need to do
is click on
My Shipments under My Maersk Line.
The result set in the Shipment Overview is all shipments on which
your company has a role in these shipments.
Business focus
The user controls how the information is displayed in the
Shipment overview. Change your business focus – to export or
import – in
My Settings (refer to User settings).
Settings missing - reminds new users to update their view setting for the shipment overview.

Very Copy Amendment = a new Draft BL’ is being prepared

ETA Change Notification is an alert service where you can sign up to receive email notifications for Shipments for which the
transport plan – the ETA for the final discharge port - has been changed.

feature ETA Change Notification

Save to create the alert.

Shipment Binder is a digital binder where you can find all the relevant details of an individual shipment. The displayed
information is the latest info in the time it is retrieved.

Bills of Lading
Bills of Lading service offers online management of all processes related to the issuing, printing and electronic delivery of all
your Maersk Line transport documents including Draft BL, Waybill and Bills of Lading.

Online Bills of Lading’s main features:
1. View, Edit and Approve Draft BL’s
2. Print Waybills and Original Maersk Line Bills of Lading in your office
Also offers option to receive your Maersk Line transport documents as a PDF,
attached to an email.
When this service is activated, we will provide you with stationery to print the
original Bills of Lading (free of charge). Please contact your Maersk Line
representative to active this service today.
