Grand Hyatt Macau takes exclusive private dining to a whole
new level – the 37th floor to be exact.
Four stylishly appointed Private Dining Rooms on our
penthouse floor offer a VIP ambience for 8-12 guests. In addition to the exclusive setting with views over Cotai,
private dining parties can customise their own gourmet
menus from any of Grand Hyatt Macau’s acclaimed
restaurants.
An ideal solution to suit every taste and occasion, guests
can enjoy signature dishes, such as Traditional Beijing Style
Duck from Beijing Kitchen, contemporary international
plates from mezza9 Macau, and traditional Macanese
delights from Lobby Lounge. Grand Hyatt Macau’s
experienced culinary team can create bespoke Events for
conferences, private parties and weddings.

Rooms is a breeze thanks to our five professionally
designed table settings. Simply choose your theme and
we’ll create an impressive table arrangement coordinated
with fine porcelain from France, Baccarat ‘Jupiter’ crystal
glassware, polished silver, fresh floral art and ambient
candles.
Trésor by Raynaud
Smart, contemporary and bold, this stylish look
incorporates colorful plate settings from the Trésor
collection by Raynaud, matched with polished cutlery
and Baccarat crystal glasses. Fresh native blooms in
elegant ceramic vases add a touch of Chinese chic.
Eden Platine by Bernardaud
Regal and refined, this table setting is ideal for formal
dinners styled to impress. The table shimmers with
Bernardaud’s Eden Platine ceramics etched in matte
and brilliant gold, along with polished silverware and
sparkling crystal by Baccarat. Gold and silver candles and
fresh cut flowers complete the radiant scene.
Marquises et Mandarins by Raynaud
Add an artful touch to your celebration with a whimsical
Oriental-inspired setting. Raynaud’s artistically rendered
Marquises et Mandarins porcelain collection in red,
white and black is inspired by classic Chinese watercolor
