Greetings,
We welcome you to Faith Missionary Baptist Church’s
newsletter, “Faith Walkers’ News.” Here at FMBC,
we are Kingdom Citizens practicing the teachings of
Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. “We walk by faith,
not by sight” and we have Favor And Integrity
Through Him.
As we come to yet another close in another year that
our Lord has bountifully blessed us with, we at FMBC
continue to thank Him and offer up daily praise to Him.
The FMBC Family has come a long way this year and
we owe it all to the Lord. We recognize that it is Him
who has made it all possible. We are just His vessels
waiting to do His will, as we continue to make a positive
impact in the lives of others, as well as in our own
lives. To God be the glory!
Browse the newsletter to see the happenings at
FMBC. To share in our experiences, please feel free
to join us. It is our sincere prayer that your life’s
journey will be greatly enriched by the “Faith
Walkers’ News” and remember, “FMBC is the place
to be. FMBC is for YOU … and for ME!”

OCTOBER 2008

Sunday, October 19th - The FMBC Family fellowshipped with Pastor J. J. Mitchell and the
New Birth Missionary Baptist Church Family of Baton Rouge, Louisiana in a joint Worship
Experience at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Jordan delivered a powerful message, which was the first
in a series of messages entitled, “Next Dimension Mentality.” The Scripture text was taken
from Daniel, Chapter 3 and Hebrews, Chapter 13. Pastor Jordan made several points as to
“If you want to be next dimension material, there are some things we do that must change.
It’s all about your attitude.”
o (1) Have an attitude of association and assimilation.
o The church uniformly must provide followship to the one God has anointed and
appointed to leadership.
o (2) Have an attitude of expectation from God.
o You must expect God will do what he has promised to do.
o (3) Have an attitude of jubilation.
o You must praise Him before the visual manifestation come to pass.
(Thanks Kingdom Citizens for traveling to Baton Rouge and for your continued support.)

All the FMBC Kingdom Citizens whose jobs

our endeavors.
Also, let us continue to pray for those FMBC
Kingdom Citizens and for our friends who have
had death in their family during the last months.
Bro. Ernest Augustus and Family – Uncle
Sis. Debra Jackson - Father
Today, I pray for others, Lord,
Who seem less blessed than I,
That in your love and mercy,
You’ll heed their desperate cry.
For those depressed and lonely,
Please be their constant guide …
And show them they are not alone,
For You are by their side!
For those in pain of body …
Dear Lord, please make them whole,
And those who doubt …
increase their faith;
Reveal their glorious soul!
Feed those who live in hunger,
House those who have no home,
And free this world from hatred;
Show us we all are one.
Dear Lord, thank you for listening,
And answering this prayer,
This world seems much less frightening,
Just knowing that You care.
Pray for everyone listed – for their healing,
renewed strength and continued faith.
(Deborah A. Doyle)
