These reliable yet economical spool guns provide reach and accessibility, with smooth feeding of aluminum wire.
Rated for light industrial applications, the Spoolmate 3035 (150 amps at 60% duty cycle) and the Spoolmate
3545 (200 amps at 60% duty cycle), both include a 20 ft weld control/cable. The SGA (Spool Gun Adapter)
allows you to connect the Spoolmates to virtually any MIG welder or CV engine drive — Miller or other brands.

Spoolmatic 15a
Engineered for operator comfort, the Spoolmatic 15A gives you portability
and a 15 ft cable assembly to access those hard-to-reach welds. Adjustable
barrel assembly allows the operator to vary the contact tip-to-nozzle position easily. Built-in gas valve eliminates the need to purge long gas lines.
2-stage trigger includes gas preflow. Spool canister rotates 180°. Wire
speed adjustment on the gun handle saves time. Reversible drive roll saves
time and money.

For more demanding applications, the Spoolmatic 30A feeder gun offers optimum performance. Engineered for
operator comfort, the Spoolmatic 30A gives you the portability and 30 ft cable assembly to access those hard-toreach welds. Rated at 200 amps and 100% duty cycle, this gun has the muscle to handle tough production
schedules. Connects directly to Millermatic 251 with meters and Millermatic 300 with meters.

The XR Control push-pull wire feed system now offers the ability to select either an XR-Edge gooseneck-style gun or an XR-Pistol gun for a truly customized system
that delivers optimum performance for your desired application. The XR-A and XR-W Pistol guns have been redesigned with a quick-connect, similar to the XR-Edge
guns, for easy connection to the XR Control. The XR-Pistol guns are available in 15 and 30 ft lengths, and the XR-Edge gooseneck-style guns are available in 15, 30 and
50 ft lengths. All guns are available in both air- and water-cooled models. The wire drive kits are to be ordered separately from the guns because the drive rolls are wire
size dependent. All wire drive kits consist of gun drive rolls, two push feeder drive rolls, head tube liner, five contact tips, collet nut and a contact tip wrench A unique
solid-state control circuit permits the XR systems to work with most CC, CV, or CC/CV DC welding power sources, giving you true adaptability.
