At the beginning God creates heaven
and earth
At the beginning God created Heaven and Earth.
He always thought to us all and He wanted to create
the world, driven by His great love. As a father and a
mother who prepare everything for the birth of their
child, in the same way God prepared a big house for
us all. At the beginning the Earth was still desert and
the light was missing.
What is in the draw? A
volcano…
But God didn’t want to leave it like that. Little by little
He made everything beautiful, for you, for each of us,
to make us happy.
God said: “Let there be light!” And light appeared. God
saw that the light was beautiful and separated the light
form the darkness. God called the light “Day” and the
darkness “Night”.
God said: “Let there be a big vault! Let it divide all the
waters.” And so it happened. God called the big vault
“Sky”.
God said: “Let the waters below the sky be gathered
together in only one place and let dryness appear.” So
he puts all the water together and all the land together:
much water, much land.
God called the dryness “Land” and the waters “Sea”.
And God saw that it was a good thing.
God said: “Let the land be covered by green,
and let it make many plants, many flowers and trees
grow.”
Tree that are little at first, but with the life inside that
makes them grow.
How are the waters below
called? They are the seas, the
oceans….
And how about the waters
above? They are the clouds
that bring water everywhere,
to whom needs it
Then they become bigger and bigger, with strong
branches and many green leaves. Fruits grow on the
trees
What does it come up from
the seed?
and everyone has its seed. And God saw that it was
a good thing.
God said: “Let there be lights in the vault of heaven,
in order to distinguish the day from the night.” And so
it happened. God made two big lights: the bigger one
for the day – the Sun. It was a big and warm light.
Have you ever observed how
the moon changes its face?
Do you know that all the stars
move?
They follow the way that God
marked for them…
Then God made a smaller light for the night – the
Moon.
And then He made the stars. And God saw that
everything was good.
But the seas and the rivers’ water was still empty. So
God said: “Let the waters produce animals that dart in
and let the birds fly on the earth and in the sky.”
The sky started to be filled with many birds with colored
plumage and in the waters big and small fishes and
many other human beings started to swim. God saw it
was beautiful and blessed them: “Be fecund, become
numerous and fill the sea waters. And let also the birds
breed on earth.
What species of birds do you
know?
God said: “Let the land produce various specie of
animals: pets, wild animals and those that crawl...”
What species of animal do
you know?
And the land became populated with animals, the
most different: huge and tiny, animals that live in small
groups or in big peoples, which resist to the ice cold or
to the desert hot…
God saw that the world was beautiful and welcoming…
And God decided to create the men: the most beautiful
creatures, those who He loves more. God said: “Let
us do the man: let he be similar to us, let he be done
to our image. Let us entrust all the creation to him, he
will dominate on everything.” God entrust the plants,
the animals, the birds of the sky and the fishes of sea
to the man and the woman…as a big gift to be loved,
to be kept, to be done more and more beautiful.
The man and the woman were happy. Everything was
so marvelous and they thought: “How much God loves
us, He gives all this to us!” God was glad to see that the
man and the woman were happy and He would have
liked that it was like that forever. God saw everything
He created and He saw that it was very good, just
as He wanted. God blessed the man and the woman
saying: “Let you become numerous and populate the
earth.” Then God rested and blessed that day.
So God completed heaven and earth and what it is
inside: everything was in harmony! and warmness; the
trees that give their fruits; the rivers that flow toward
the sea to give their waters… Love binds all the things
that God created!
God is the father of all the
man: so, what are we among
us / in which relation are we?
What are the man and the
woman’s names?
That day is today called
Sunday: it is the day that God
gave us to rest, to admire His
works and to thank Him!
So we also can rejoice and
thank. What especially we
want to thank for?
When we look at the beauty
of the nature – the animals,
the birds, the fishes and the
plants – we remind that God
made them for us, because
He loves us and we say to
him: “Thanks for your love for
us”

God created everything for us
the sky with the sun
the moon and stars
the earth with flowers
and the animals, everything!
Everything is a God’s gift for us.
God created all of this because he loves us and
wants us to be happy, also wants us to live loving
each other
following their laws, the laws of love that he gave to
Moses
We love God very much, we thank Him and adore
Him.
Every morning we can talk to him. I thank God for
taking care of me, and today I’ll do everything for
you.
Before eating: I thank God for this lunch.
and end of the day, I thank God for this day, stay with
me tonight also.
Father I thank you for having sent Jesus, your son
Jesus, you live in the tabernacles, I can find you in
the Church. There, all are silent to listen and talk to
you.
I also want to talk with you.
Dear Jesus I love you very much and you will always
be in my heart wherever I go. Do not ever leave you
alone. I love you.
Can you heavenly Father do to end the war and that
the world is full of love?
Thank you dear Father in heaven for creating nature
and for giving us life. I ask that all children and adults
have something to eat and live in peace. Thank you.
Katerina’s Experience
Often returning from school, Katerina from Slovenia
goes to greet Jesus in the Church.
I wait outside! She tells her friend Julia. She does not
know Jesus.
One day Julia asks: What are you doing in there?
This is the house of Jesus and I will greet Katerina
responds.
Tomorrow I can come too? Ask Julia
The next day the Church come together to “see
Jesus living there” explains Katerina and I told him
about you.
