The Kosmic Krome effect has evolved from the development of revolutionary aluminum
flake chemistry. The final result can be a beautiful and interesting finish that when
combined with other HOK products transforms into an entirely different realm.
Brushed aluminum effect can be applied to create a real metal finish – even on wood
or plastic! Ideal for detailing of interior parts and available in 5 metal color effects.
MARBLIZER ® (MB SERIES)
‘Creating out of this world finish with ease’
Marblizer Artistic Bases offer you an exciting new paint finish – adding incredible new visual depths to your project.
This unique coating can create a wide range of effects – from a deep marble grain to snakeskin appearance.
Available in 6 versatile colors – however can be over coated with Kandy’s to create any color you wish with an
intensely powerful effect. Use MB00 Neutral Marblizer to create your own Marblizer effect by adding any of our
dry pearls including Kameleon.

DESIGNER PEARLS (PBC SERIES)

Designer Pearls come in the widest palette on the market - over 40 pearl colors in the range.
Color possibilities become endless, as Designer Pearls may be intermixed, and can also be
blended with other Shimrins, such as KBC, BC, FBC and NE for added creativity. Dry Pearls
can further increase the palette. As with all Shimrins products the low film build makes this and
excellent choice for complete paint jobs, artwork and airbrush jobs.
GLAMOUR (BC SERIES) & FINE METALLIC (FBC SERIES)
‘Versatile platform product that creates a world of endless color’
12 beautiful metallics in coarse (BC) and fine (FBC) out standing as the final color or as a base
for our kandys (See color card and view each kandy over all 12 bases) BC and FBC can be

Designed for the Kosmic Kolor Urethane system to retard dry time in situations where this is deemed
necessary, such as force drying.
NEW RELEASE - KOSMIC KICKER (AX02)
AX02 Kosmic Kicker is an accelerator for all House of Kolor Urethane products. AX02 can be used to
reduce dry times on small parts that need to be handled sooner to increase production. A good example
of this products usefulness would be for a motorcycle project where the coats of Kandy and Klear could
be accelerated for quicker sanding and addition of artwork later that day. AX02 is not a cure all for a
cold shop and should not be used on larger projects such as a complete car.
KRATOR ELIMINATOR (KE170)
At Last a fisheye eliminator that does not need to be used in every coat. Use KE170 to correct fisheye
or crater defects. Works with Lacquer, urethane, polyurethane, acrylic urethane, acrylic enamel, etc. A
must have for your paint shop. Do individual testing on other company’s products. May not correct major
silicone contamination. In that case, use a silicone oil which will be required throughout the job.

The foundation put under anything , a house, a sky scraper or a paint job is incredibly important. KD3000 Series Kustom
DTS (Direct to Substrate) Foundation Surfacer/Sealer is a tri purpose product that can be used as a high or medium build
primer surfacer, or as a sealer. It is formulated with a hybrid of epoxy and acrylic polymers, which provide excellent
adhesion and corrosion resistance, productive dry times, and ease of sanding. These DTS surfacer/sealers emit very low
amounts of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Hazardous Air Polluting Solvents (HAPS), and contain no isocyanates.
The KD3000 Series DTS surfacer/sealers may be applied to the existing OEM finish, bare steel, aluminum, fiberglass,
galvanized surfaces, and various plastics. Its tenacious adhesion, hi-build, excellent durability, and water and corrosion
resistance and ease of sanding makes it a superior choice for the basis of a long lasting custom paint job.

SS01 House of Kolor Silver Sealer is the only silver sealer in the automotive paint business. Considered a must under

additional savings. Built from a Polyurethane resin system to provide tenacious adhesion and long term color hold out.
Engineered to work over House of Kolor’s new KD3000 Direct to Substrate colored primer system, KP, KS, KD systems,

Simply stated, USC01 Kosmic Urethane Show Klear is the most robust klear House of Kolor has ever produced. Using
state of the art polymer technology, we have developed a clear with excellent chemical, fuel, and water resistance,
as well as the highest UV protection in the industry. USC01 also offers users excellent flow out, gloss and D.O.I.
(Distinctness Of Image) after 48 hours. This klear is identified as a medium solids product (41%). It can be used on all
size vehicles from large trucks to compact cars, resulting in the show-ready finish that House of Kolor users crave. We
have also created the new AX02 Kosmic Kicker accelerator for use on motorcycles and small parts, resulting in higher
production in your shop. USC01 Kosmic Urethane Show Klear is the ideal clear coat for you and your pursuit of

NEW RELEASE - INTERCOAT (S2-SG100)
S2-SG100 Intercoat is an important tool for the custom painter. It is designed to be applied over a given base color,
prior to taped art work or air brush art. This allows for easy removal of mis-tapes or air brush errors without damage
to base color. We recommend KC20 as the only clean up solvent. The intercoat is also applied over art work to
preserve blending and fogging of various colors before applying kandy or clear topcoats. S2-SG100 is a safety layer,
allowing you to pause and continue your project later. S2-SG100 is not a build up clear or a top coat clear. Limit
applied coats to 4, however, if used as a carrier for base coat kandys. When used as a carrier for pearls or flakes
when reduction from standard 2:1 goes to 1:1, more coats are acceptable. S2-SG100 is also used to reduce strength
of base coats for blending colors or for checking touch ups before top coat clears are applied. Considered a must
over Marblizer before kandy or clear to guarantee adhesion. S2-SG100 Intercoat, as you can see, is an important
workhorse for the painter! S2-SG100 is coast to coast VOC compliant,
including California.

to produce a product that remains a solvent base system and meets the VOC’s requirements coast to coast (including
California). UKK01 can be applied as a medium solids Kandy (34% solids) or as a low solids Kandy (29% solids).
Simply reduce and Catalyze the UKK01 and then add 2-4 ounces of any of House of Kolor’s KK Kandy Koncentrates
to a ready to spray quart of UKK01 Urethane Kandy Karrier to produce the same vibrant Kandy Kolors as our
current UK Kandy’s.

Simplicity in design and application - begin your kandy job using the low solid mix for initial 2-3 coats. The low
solid mixture will greatly reduce or eliminate kandy blotching, streaking, and general application errors. Finish
your kandy job by applying the medium solid mixture to achieve desired depth and color strength. Kandys must
be clearcoated with USC01 Kosmic Urethane Show Klear or any Kosmic Urethane Klear.
